In the scathing message, Forrest leaves no doubt why she thinks the BPC should back Sneed: because she’s black. She goes after other black CMS board members for not supporting Sneed.
Forrest said “As a Black Elected, you do not publicly swipe at a fellow Black Elected. As a Black Elected, you know how hard it is to elect Blacks to public office, shame on you.”
