Anyone have an explanation in regards to how Hall got us here? He knew the blueprint, the talent level, how we practice, how we played, our playbooks, our opponents, our recruitment, etc. etc.
How did he go off the rails so quickly?

People talk about "AI is the worst it'll ever be right now." Will Hall-coached football is the same way but the opposite. Tulane might be losing 32-0 to Tulsa at the half but this is actually as good as they'll ever be for his tenure.

Truly an incredible tweet from the governor of Louisiana, especially since springing forward 4 hours would mean LSU’s 2:30pm kick off would feel like today’s 10:30am. I honestly respect Louisiana’s ability to elect someone this moronic.
I think we can all agree how stupid Daylight Saving Time is!
So, instead of falling back an hour this weekend, I say we spring forward four hours.
That way LSU v. Bama will kickoff when it’s supposed to, and the Tide can experience a true Saturday Night in Death Valley!

Thats... thats not how it works. 4 hours forward would mean LSU’s 2:30pm kick off would feel like today’s 10:30am

Mickey and co got fooled into believing that continuity is key when continuity is a lagging indicator.
You have continuity because you have a good coach/QB/etc and get good results. You don’t get good results by keeping people who are mediocre/bad at their job.
Replying to @gp8957
This idea Mickey Loomis keeps trying to pitch to us: where everybody just needs to be “patient” so that your coach can grow into a job he’s going to have for 10 to 15 years just isn’t rooted in reality.
It just shows how out of touch he has truly become.
