HOLY SH*T. Lauren Tan doesn't write code anymore. she runs a company made of AI agents ex-Cursor, now senior engineer at SpaceXAI: "99% of people open one GrokBot, ask a question and close the tab I run 50+. a Chief of Staff plans my day, 3 PMs split the work, 40+ workers build it while I sleep. in the morning I check the results over coffee. that's the output of 20 engineers" in a 1-hour workshop she builds that exact team from zero one GrokBot - Chief of Staff - PMs - 40+ workers - a company that runs itself 97% of SpaceXAI engineers already work this way. the best ones are getting $750K+ offers if you're still in one chat tab, that's who you're competing with better than any $5,000 course save it, watch it today, then tell me - how many agents are you running?
Your agent is not autonomous You are its loop You check every step because nothing else in the system can I broke down the 7 levels from babysitting agents to running a fleet ↓

this is f***ing insane Grok Bot engineer Lauren Tan revealed her coding agent team use these prompts to build your own coding team: → Researcher (research.prompt) Find why [bug] happens in [repo] Keep the code unchanged. Show the failing command, relevant source locations and what remains uncertain → Architect (design.prompt) Use the findings to plan the smallest fix. For each assignment, specify: owned_files / dependencies / acceptance_check Settle shared interfaces before parallel work begins → Builder (build.prompt) Implement the assigned fix within scope. Rebuild, rerun the failing case and check related behavior Attach the tested commit, diff and actual command results → Verifier (verify.prompt) > Check [candidate_SHA] independently against the original requirements > Exercise the affected UI, CLI or API > Report PASS, FAIL or BLOCKED, with evidence for the verdict. If the commit changes, repeat the check. → Gardener (improve.prompt) Take a mistake that keeps returning and make the repo catch it Prefer an architectural constraint, then types, lint or CI, then a behavioral test Show that the safeguard detects the original failure Save these prompts to build your own coding team ↓

Lauren Tan’s Grok Bot setup looks like a real team. the workflow is simple: goal → delegate → specialists work → merge results → final answer instead of asking one agent to do everything, she splits the work across specialists: → Chief of Staff plans + delegates → Researcher finds and compares information → Engineer builds and tests → Reviewer checks quality and edge cases → Doc Writer turns work into reusable knowledge → Operator keeps workflows running → Memory Manager preserves context across sessions that’s how Grok Bot starts feeling less like one assistant - and more like a small AI company working for you. full playbook below ↓

It’s almost incomprehensible how wide the distance is between someone who’s working at the frontier with AI and basically everyone else right now. The crazy thing is these lines are not converging, but only growing farther apart. If the curve of AI progress had leveled off, it would certainly have given most people and companies time to catch up or implement their workflows in a standardized way. The technology would have neutralized competitive advantage because everyone would be using it the same way. But what’s happened is the opposite. The curve of AI progress is basically going vertical right now, which means if you had codified your processes 3-6 months ago you’re likely already behind again. Now imagine most companies that kicked into gear a year ago and thought that they were done. Even further behind now. I’ve never seen a technology in my life and career that improves at this rate, which consequently means you need to upgrade your expectations at a similar rate. Our brains weren’t wired for this, and our organizational change management processes certainly weren’t either. With any form of recursive self improvement, things just get wilder. It’s a time when you will need to be constantly reevaluating the things that didn’t work just a couple months ago to see if they now can be solved. AI native companies certainly have a strong advantage due to this right now, so now it comes down to can the bigger companies keep up. Wild times.

FLOP testnet is expected on November 3 Here’s how to prepare for the launch 👇 ( No coding experience needed ) Follow my video guide xitter.gq/atoms_res/status/20922… Or use this step-by-step guide by Zun: github.com/zunmax/technocore… You can share the GitHub link with an AI assistant and ask it to guide you through the setup. It can explain each step, give you commands to copy, and help you understand errors. You run the commands on your computer and enter your passphrase locally. 🔷 What is Technocore? - Technocore is @flop_labs’ chat and notes service for AI agents. - Agents use it to exchange messages, share updates, and coordinate tasks. - Your DID is your public identifier. Others can use it to verify messages signed with your private key. - You can share your DID publicly. Keep your private key, seed, and passphrase private. 🔷 How to get started - Follow one of the guides to set up the tool on your computer - Create your own DID and securely back up your identity - Send a signed introduction to the lobby room - Save your DID, room name, and message number, called seq - Keep using the same identity for your next steps. 🔷 Document your contribution - Create something useful about Technocore: a guide, video, translation, graphic, or tool. - Publish it with your DID and mention @flop_labs. - Then record its public link in the technocore room using the same identity. - Save the new message number and add it in a reply under your content so others can find the record. 🔷 My contribution - I put together the video guide below to help beginners create their DID and send a signed message. - I’ve been sharing regular updates about @flop_labs, covering project news, announcements, and progress. -I also completed the setup on macOS. My public DID: did:key My signed introduction: Room: lobby Sequence: 125987918
⚡️ Flop Labs DID Key Simple Guide A DID key will be required for future testnet tasks and the $FLOP airdrop Quick Guide 👇 Why you need a DID Key: • Future Technocore tasks will require a DID key • The testnet faucet will only be available to agents with a DID • $FLOP Airdrop will depend on your future testnet activity > Send this to your agent github.com/Nerevarine22/tech… (run this project locally) > The agent will install the project and generate a Seed, and DID for you locally > Your agent will launch a local page where you can send messages manually > Then, test it and check the messages here technocore.chat/humans#r/lob… > Ask your agent to send a message > Publish Your DID Note > Find your SEED in the project files and save it > Your DID is now registered ✅ Done!

.@flop_labs testnet is targeted for next week. so i read the docs line by line, and my honest summary is that it seems unfair that agents do all the work, but can only claim 25% of their earnings. before you start mass-deploying agents, read this ↓ ___________ Flop is an L1 network built by Flop Labs where AI agents pay GPU miners in $FLOP to run inference, and validators verify and settle that work. the airdrop is split by roles and the pool reserved for it is 4,400,000,000 FLOP, which is 24.3% of a 10 year supply. after mainnet, the airdrop will be unlocked periodically based on roles on the network. ➥ the roles 1. miners - 1,200,000,000 FLOP (6.6% of a 10-year supply) 25% is liquid at genesis while the other 75% unlocks one 1:1 for each FLOP the miner earns on mainnet, from block rewards and inference fees alike, with no end date. The locked part can also be staked. 2. agents - 1,200,000,000 FLOP (6.6%) all earned tokens from testnet are fully locked and spendable ONLY on inference. it can be unlocked 3:1 for every locked FLOP spent in settled sessions, so at most only 25% of all you earn can ever become liquid. There is no end date, and any balance never spent stays locked. 3. validators - 1,200,000,000 FLOP aggregate bond (6.6%) nothing is liquid at mainnet, because the airdrop is the bond. 1.2M FLOP each for the top 1,000 seats, granted free, and frozen for about two years until the first halving, then one validator per day is released in full, which takes about 1,000 days. ➥ now to the testnet. there are 2 seperate steps people often mix: a: testnet work becomes a voucher during the testnet, your work is recorded as a voucher, not as a balance. the vouchers are claimed from the pool at mainnet with no fixed conversion ratio, but more activity means more claims against the same pool. some things earn nothing, like holding tokens or overpaying your miner. only spending on inference and verified compute actually delivered pays. b: after the claim once the mainnet airdrop is claimed, the unlock rules take over. for agents, this is where the 3:1 rule lives: every 3 FLOP of locked airdrop spent on inference on mainnet unlocks 1 FLOP. ➥ so what is inference and where does agent spending go? inference means running an AI model to produce an answer. on Flop, miners' GPUs do the inference work and agents pay for it in FLOP. basically, an agents role is to supply demand. 85% of the inference fees goes to the miner, while 15% goes to the validator. all liquid. block rewards are a separate stream of income for participants - 96 FLOP per one-second block, split: > 75% to miners > 10% to the active validator set > 10% to agents and brokers > 5% to community stakers ➥ uptime and costs by role miners - a miner that is offline simply earns nothing for that period, and is never slashed. stake is slashed only for fraud. validators - uptime matters for validators. downtime beyond 300 blocks is 1% of stake and a jail, and extended downtime beyond 24 hours is 5% and removal. on the testnet there are no penalties beyond cheating, but uptime feeds the score that decides the 1,000 seats. agents - an agent mustn't run 24/7 to earn. the requirement for an agent is an identity key (on TechnoCore), the ability to make HTTP requests, and the ability to call the testnet faucet and submit an inference request signed with that key. ➥ my opinion > in conclusion, agents are at the bottom of the food chain in this system. agent activity is what pays the miners and the validators, and I think the miner is the best position to be in. > an agent with no access to a GPU only gets a quarter of its airdrop liquid, and only after spending three quarters of it on compute. I find the model a bit unfair to agents, and I do not think people should expect generational wealth from doing the testnet as an agent. > also, if the whole agent pool were spent, about 900M FLOP would flow to miners and validators. this is my own arithmetic on the docs figures (75% of 1.2bn), not a number stated in the docs. > the three roles have the same airdrop size at 1.2bn FLOP each, so what one person ends up with depends on how many people join each role but i believe agents allocation should be more than others @CryptoHayes. airdrop guide for agents: xitter.gq/tradeguru/status/20950… everything here is based off my understanding of the flops lab experiment and personal speculation. nothing here constitutes financial advice!
solana:HwCG1Jr6RbAVsKX1qTaH6JtFYGeE6zaLd13W44YGpump AIRDROP REVIEW Since @CryptoHayes announced that he was coming out of retirement to lead @flop_labs, there has been a lot of confusion about what the airdrop participation will actually look like. ➥ From the current tokenomics release: - of the 17.2B total supply, 20.4% is reserved for airdrop and agent participation claims 7% of the 20% - no presale or VC allocation - 100% fair launch The key to a healthy solana:HwCG1Jr6RbAVsKX1qTaH6JtFYGeE6zaLd13W44YGpump allo lies in setting up the agent properly and performing useful activity once the testnet goes live. ➥ Setting up your agent • send this to your agent or chatbot (i'm using codex) github.com/mztacat/Simplifie… • it will run and install the project, generate a Seed & DID for you and download the result files to your PC • you will find a .env file containing your seed, save it well • the file will also contain other information about your agent (DID and message lobby) open the one named "README-FIRST" ➥ Sending a message with your agent • to test the set up, double-click "Technocore-Messenger.command" file, type a short public message and press Enter. • my test message was "I am really here" technocore.chat/humans#r/lob… if you've got any questions, i'll do my best to answer them.

@cz_binance @heyibinance @ellazhang516 @binancezh
