Let's stop asking to hear about financial success without talking about someone's
- success of their relationships
- success of their mental health
- success of their physical health
I don't want to hear one side of success if someone lost everything else to get it.
That's not a path I want to follow.

I think more people would take up entrepreneurship if they understood that making money is a direct consequence of helping people.

The Amalek reference has become the far-left’s answer to the far-right & Christian antisemites’ long-running obsession with Jewish texts & their supposed covert evil messages.
In the late 19th/early 20th century in Russia, members of the pogromist Black Hundreds movement fretted over the “hidden” meaning of various Talmudic & Torah passages. In their hate-filled writings, they presented these as “evidence” that Jews were the enemy of the Christendom in general & Russia in particular. Not only did the writers distort & misquote many of the passages - sometimes they invented them from scratch.
This had real-life consequences. The misinterpretations were used to incite anti-Jewish violence & ensure that no progress was made in emancipating Russian Jews.
In the 1913 Mendel Beilis blood libel trial, prosecution used the Black Hundreds’ interpretations of various Torah & Talmudic passages “to prove” that Beilis had killed a Christian boy to use his blood in Passover matzo.
There is a parallel between the abuse of Jewish texts in the 1913 Beilis trial & the misuse of the Amalek quote at The Hague & elsewhere today.
By latching on to the Amalec reference (and a wrong one at that, as Shany Mor shows!), the anti-Israel far-left has taken yet another step to erase the differences between itself & the antisemitic far-right.

It would indeed be pretty shocking if the Israeli Prime Minister approvingly cited an injunction to "spare no no one, but kill alike men and women, infants and sucklings" as @Megankstack implies here, but he said no such thing, and the portion of the bible she is quoting...

Whether or not he misspoke at the speech, he does actually believe this. Because that’s how you get rid of a colonialist.
Nothing they’ve ever tried against us worked. Nothing they are trying now will work. And they’re not even slightly curious why.

NYC: Anti-Israel activist Nerdeen Kiswani claimed it’s a racist trope talk about the r*apes Hamas did on October 7 because “there hasn’t actually been proof!” She adds only Palestinians have experienced widespread s*xual attacks and “there is no record, no history of this ever occurring” to Israelis.

If you’re Jewish and not fighting antisemitism for your own sake and the sake of our community, wherever they are, you are in denial about this very urgent, historical moment of deep crisis for our people.

Positive news and a pinch of Jewish humor.
Returnees from Gaza have confirmed that historian Alex Danzig, held by #Hamas, is alive, fairly well, and even giving lectures to fellow hostages.
Alex’s son in law, this morning on Israeli radio: “Well, at least he now has a captive audience”.
Alex Danzig (75) is a renowned historian who has dedicated his life to Holocaust education.
He spent the last 30 years working at @yadvashem.
He has been missing since Hamas terrorists attacked his home in Nir Oz.
We stand in solidarity with his family and pray for his return.

Yep.
There is actually such a thing as international law. It would be awfully nice if the international community cared about it. I mean, about the actual thing itself, not about what activists claim it is when it suits their politics.
When it didn't involve Israel, @HRW was very clear about the laws of war regarding hospitals and their use by armed militias (in this case by ISIS Classic).
