தீபாவளி கொண்டாடுவது தமிழனுக்கு மானக்கேடும் முட்டாள்தனமுமான காரியம் என்று 50 ஆண்டுகளாக எழுதியும் பேசியும் வருகின்றேன், இதன் பயனாய் அநேக தமிழ் மக்கள் இதை கொண்டாடாமல் நிறுத்தி விட்டார்கள், இன்னமும் பல தமிழ் மக்கள் தங்கள் இழிநிலையை மானவமானத்தை உணராமல் கொண்டாடி வருகிறார்கள்,
இக்கொண்டாட்டமானது தமிழ் மக்களுடைய, இழிவையும் முட்டாள்தனத்தையும் காட்டுவது மாத்திரமல்ல, தமிழர்கள் ஆரிய இனத்தானுக்கு அடிமை. அவனது தலைமைக்கு அடிமை, அதில் இருந்து மீட்சிபெற விருப்பமில்லாத தன்மையை காட்டி கொள்ள போட்டி போடுகிறார்கள் என்பதையே காட்டுகிறது.

We need to abolish creamy layer among OBCs
Supreme Court today has upheld it’s order of creamy layer where in it is clear that for computation of income
Salary and agricultural income would not be included
For example if you are a Infosys software engineer and you are earning 15 lakhs salary , than the salary income would not be included in computation of income for OBCs
A EWS earning salary of 15 lakhs is excluded from reservation but a OBC is not.
The principle being that OBC creamy layer is not economic based but it is status based
If your status increases alone you can be considered socially forward.
Courts went through various judicial precedents and clearly indicated that the creamy layer was meant to exclude only those rich zamindars who had inter generational wealth, those business enterprises who employ many and it was never targeted against salaried individuals who don’t enjoy sufficient status
A land mark judgement in OBC creamy layer implementation.
