I am writing this with a full heart. Having studied Law at @MakerereLaw and the Bar course at @LDC_Uganda, I wanted more beyond the confines of legal practice, I wanted to build the world I wished for.  I was fortunate to be admitted into @NotreDame on scholarship. Fast forward, over the weekend, I graduated with a Master of Science in Engineering, Science & Technology Entrepreneurship from the @NotreDame with a GPA of 3.84 out of 4.0. In addition, I completed two professional certifications at the @CFI_education: Financial Modeling & Valuation Analysis (FMVA), where I scored 100% in 3 exams and averaged 90% overall, and the Financial Planning & Wealth Management Professional (FPWMP)certification, where I scored 100% in 2 exams and averaged 94% overall. In a special way I'd like to thank @Maria_Nakalanda, @Uwihanganye_A, and my parents for the support and guidance they gave me throughout the course of my studies. You believed in me on the days I found it hard to believe in myself, and that made all the difference. To everyone who has been part of this journey in any way especially the @LeoAfricaInst network, thank you. I do not take any of it for granted. And yeah! Will be graduating from @LDC_Uganda next month with a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal studies too #GoIrish☘️ – at Notre Dame, IN

Grab a copy of today's @DailyMonitor . There's something special on Page 23. I woke up to the surprise of having my story featured. It's a first-of-its-kind experience for me, which makes it special and memorable. Especially for a boy from Gayaza. I was fortunate to share my career journey across law, finance and technology. The question I'm asked most is how I navigate three such different professions. Law has been my passion since I was a toddler, and I'm happy to have finally achieved that dream. In my final term of the Bar course at @LDC_Uganda, my best friend and I started building Credtics.com. At the time, it was just an idea: an automated core banking solution for microfinance institutions. Shortly after, I joined @NotreDame to pursue a Master of Science in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The timing couldn't have been better. All of this happened while AI was evolving at an incredible pace. Building on my experience in finance, we rebuilt Credtics, this time to automate claims processing for insurance companies. Today, it takes insurance companies a minimum of 7 days to process a single claim. Credtics does it in just 1 minute. That's a time saving of more than 99%. Claims processing is the most important part of the client journey. Making it as efficient as possible delivers enormous returns through improved Client Lifetime Value. We trained our models to read, understand and verify over 90 document formats, including permits, invoices, medical records, IDs and even handwritten documents. All this at less than 10% of what insurance companies currently spend on claims processing. It also integrates into the company's existing tech stack, so claims officers don't need any training to use it. My goal is to cut claims turnaround time. I believe faster, more efficient claims will improve customer satisfaction and push insurance uptake in Uganda beyond the current 2%. Thank you @DailyMonitor and @GloriaIrankunda for giving me the platform to share my story. I hope it inspires someone out there to always dare to do more. As always, to my parents, @NM_Socialentrep and @Uwihanganye_A : I don't know how I would have made it this far without you. Forever grateful for your mentorship and inspiration.

Thanks for being the greatest mentor I'd ever wish for. Your guidance has led me this far. Thanks for believing in me, when even I never believed that much in myself.
You are the real deal, @realjohnivan - it’s good to see public recognition/acknowledgment of your achievements & abilities. We are so proud of you! Onwards & updates. Journey only started.

Always always. Given the fact that you have gotten deep knowledge about insurance, I will be reaching out you on behalf of NSOBA Sacco such that you can come and train our members about why it’s important to secure an insurance cover.

Ooh yes!! I remember that time. You were very welcoming. In fact one of the few that gave me audience. That was the time I was running my startup while studying at Law School. Forever grateful to the friendship we've had since then
