Oh and doing nothing. Being mad and sad and overwhelmed and…doing nothing. Feeling it and moving on…(which is wild because I’ve always been incredibly fast and reactive. Now…I’m so good at doing nothing for a bit. So many more options appear with time

I love the fact that Beyoncé is one of the biggest stars in the world but she rehearses like a hungry newcomer. I remember when she said “That’s why people don’t like to rehearse. You gotta be humble. You gotta be willing to look awkward, and you gotta study, be a student.” 😭😭
