First sealed bid ICO on Solana went live today.
@refihub is raising $400K to $1.12M for 14% of the company, at a $4M to $8M FDV
ReFi Hub $ENRGY:
You fund real solar plants and earn USDC as they sell power to the grid. 20+ months live, $491K deployed across 6 projects, $36K paid out, 14% realized IRR, and a $49M+ pipeline. IRR just means the annual return rate on the money in, so 14% a year.
@craftsdev is a launchpad where projects sell equity linked tokens. Not direct shares, but rights tracked to a SAFE, with treasury oversight and governance votes.
How the auction works:
Everyone privately bids the most they'd pay. You never pay more than your own bid, and everyone settles at one clearing price. It only works if bids stay secret, so it runs on @Arcium, where bids are computed while still encrypted. No single party ever sees them.
Where it stands:
$114.7K committed, 90 participants, 29% of the minimum, about two days left.
The bigger picture: confidential compute just made fair, un gameable price discovery possible on chain.

This is what an ICO looks like when the incentives are actually fixed:
- No team allocation.
- holds equity-linked tokens.
- Sealed-bid auction, one clearing price for everyone, powered by Arcium
- Governance tied to real treasury and liquidation controls.
Refihub going live next week: Solar RWA with a $49M asset pipeline bringing diversified yield from energy infrastructure on-chain, 14% of their equity is linked to the token for clear value accrual, resulting in a Token FDV of just 0.68M - 1.36M.
New ICO szn - Next Week.

- 0.8M tokens on Raydium CPMM pool
Governance:
Through Crafts Constitutional Governance, token holders can propose and vote on key decisions, including treasury controls over unreleased capital and liquidation proposals from month two onward. The underlying SPV structure provides VC-grade holder protections.

Most RWA projects raise capital first, then go looking for real-world assets to deploy it into.
We started the other way round.
Three years building direct relationships with energy asset operators across Brazil, India, and Singapore. A slow burner of work that produced $ 35M+ in qualified pipeline.
Each project we deploy strengthens the network. Repeat deals get easier, timelines compress, trust keeps compounding.
That's the part of the business that's hardest to copy and slowest to build.
Most industry projects fight for demand: users, volume, TVL.
Supply-side moats barely get talked about. But when your business depends on sourcing real-world assets, supply is the only moat that actually matters.

We're a remote team, like most of web3. Every so often we get the whole team in one room. And that's usually where the big ideas show up.
@refihub started on one of those trips.
We kept circling the same question: where do you actually put capital to work on-chain? Not trade it. Not rotate it.
Actually deploy it into something that produces value.
We couldn't find a good answer.
So we built one.
At the time, crypto felt like it was turning in on itself. NFTs were cooling off. Most of what was happening on-chain was tokens feeding tokens, with no real connection to anything outside the loop.
We kept looking for something with substance underneath.
Through our @CoralTribeNFT impact fund, we'd had early exposure to solar projects in Brazil.
Real assets. Generating electricity every day. Producing revenue on a predictable schedule.
And yet, access was limited, fragmented and mostly offline.
The gap was obvious.
So we built the smallest version we could: one tiny solar asset, tokenized over a long-term contract.
Rough around the edges. Long deal cycle. No liquidity. Limited tooling.
It wasn't the most elegant. But it worked.
The moment it became real was the first distribution.
Revenue from an operating solar plant, flowing on-chain, into wallets, on a fixed schedule.
That was the proof.
From there, things started to compound. More assets. Better diligence. Stronger operator relationships.
Every iteration taught us something.
Today the system looks very different:
- 25+ operating assets across multiple countries
- Consistent distributions over 18+ months
- Double-digit realized returns
The scaffolding has changed completely.
But the core idea remains:
Take capital. Connect it directly to operating infrastructure. Let the cashflow speak for itself.
Everything since has been built on top of that.
The question we started with - where do you actually put capital to work on-chain - has an answer now.
The work is scaling it.
