What is happening now with the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, and the laudable Student Loan scheme, is precisely what happened last year when Mmesoma Ejikeme almost caused an ethnic conflict in Nigeria by lying that a Yoruba Muslim Registrar of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, was targeting her for victimisation because she is Igbo. She was supported by hundreds of thousands, who broke the Internet for her and made her the number one Google search item in Africa for a week. No word was spared in her supporters' demonisation of JAMB and the wicked, tribalistic Professor Oloyede. The opprobrium was spread to his ethnic group. Until the truth came out, and people like Oby Ezekwesili, who had made the issue a cause célèbre, were disgraced. It was after all like they say, no matter how fast and far falsehood has travelled, it must eventually be overtaken by truth. The same people who rooted for Mmesoma Ejikeme, the supposedly underrated girl (she lied about that, too. She was actually 19 at the time), are now playing the victim with NELFUND. First, they lied that it was Peter Obi's idea (it was not. Only the APC and, to an extent, the PDP had student loans in their manifesto in the way it has come out). Then they said it was propaganda and nobody was getting the Student Loan. Then, the NELFUND team released a list of beneficiaries and beneficiary institutions, with many universities writing in to say they had been paid, proving the scheme was genuine. In response, some people took refuge in victimhood. Until it was revealed that universities from ALL geopolitical zones were contacted, and not a single one from the Southeast responded. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink. That you are not thirsty for water, is not the same as saying you were not provided access to good, clean, potable drinking water. If victimhood has not worked for fifty eight years, why would anybody think otherwise will work now or in the future? As long as some of us have this defeatist mentality, they will never break the cycle of complaining and remaining! Reno Omokri Gospeller. Deep Thinker. #TableShaker. 🚨🚨🚨 BILL GATES IS ABOUT TO INITIATE ONE OF THE MOST EVIL PLANS IN HUMAN HISTORY 🔥 THEY Have These Projects Set up IN OVER 14 COUNTRIES ⚠️ INCLUDING THE UNITED STATES ⚠️ The publicly claimed “GOAL” is to kill off the “DANGEROUS” mosquitoes by releasing hundreds of millions of genetically modified mosquitoes that are “INCAPABLE” of reproducing… 🚨 MANY GOVERNMENTS ARE PARTICIPATING THIS IN AND EVEN HEAVILY FUNDING IT 🚨 The problem is that it only works temporarily and the long-term consequences are ⚠️ EXTREMELY SERIOUS ⚠️ As literally anyone with basic knowledge could have predicted, we are starting to see POPULATIONS OF “SUPER MOSQUITOS” who are resistant to almost all forms of human intervention. NATURE IS RESILIENT THAT IS LITERALLY HOW IT WORKS!!! In simple terms: All the strongest mosquitoes are replacing all the weakest mosquitoes at an even more rapid pace‼️ ONCE THE MAJORITY OF MOSQUITOS ARE MEGA-RESISTANT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RELEASE NEARLY UNSTOPPABLE HIGHLY DEADLY DISEASES THAT CAUSE PANIC AND ALLOW A ONE-WORLD GOVERNMENT TO FORM ⚠️ SHARE THIS POST AND SOUND THE ALARM QUICKLY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE‼️

The reason why foreign airlines are crashing their prices is simply because of Air Peace. They will continue to lower their fares until they edge out Air Peace from those foreign routes, and then they will return to their tyranny of prices. The more you patronise our local Airlines, the more you will put them in check.

Over the past few days, allegations have rocked the Senate, questioning the very integrity of the 2024 Appropriation Act, the cornerstone of our nation's annual planning and development. A fiscal policy analytics and advocacy organization has unequivocally confirmed a disturbing lack of transparency within the 2024 Appropriation Act. Furthermore, the sudden suspension of the whistle-blower Senator, without adequate explanation, has only fueled the crisis, leaving us with more questions than answers. I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into these allegations. Appropriation lies at the heart of governance, and any deviation from serving the people's interests will be met with fierce opposition. Denials are unacceptable, and the suspension of one senator cannot silence accusations of corruption and illegal fiscal spending by the federal government. Without a clear explanation to the people of Nigeria, we must treat these allegations for what they are: outright fraud. The accusation of budget padding totaling N3 trillion cannot be dismissed lightly by the government. Given the current hardships facing our nation, a padded budget is already translating to a padded hunger, padded poverty, padded insecurity, padded energy crises, padded forex instability, and the soaring cost of living. The people of Nigeria cannot afford to ignore allegations that worsen our already dire economic situation. The current federal government has a disgraceful track record of ignoring issues of transparency and due process in public administration. The unresolved $3.3 billion NNPCL loan repayment scandal, with Nigeria now expected to repay $12 billion, remains a glaring example. The Tinubu administration must address these high-profile corruption cases transparently. The National Assembly, as the elected representatives of the people, are constitutionally obligated to legislate for the peace, order, and good governance of our nation, without colluding with corrupt elements. Failure to do so and persisting in denial will only confirm the government's complicity in official malpractice.-AA
