❗️More than a dozen European airlines have received anonymous bomb threats targeting their aircraft.
According to Associated Press, threats were directed at flights departing from cities including Copenhagen, Dublin, Helsinki, Madrid, Milan, and Warsaw. Most of the affected aircraft were diverted for emergency landings, while others landed safely at their intended destinations.
As reported by Reuters:
▪️ An Airbus A320 operated by the Irish airline Aer Lingus, flying from Dublin to Rome, was forced to divert following a bomb threat. The aircraft landed at the Évreux military airbase in Normandy.
▪️ Three aircraft made emergency landings in Bulgaria. Flights arriving from Copenhagen and Madrid landed safely in Sofia, while a flight from London was diverted to Plovdiv.
▪️ In Czechia, threats were received concerning four aircraft bound for Prague.
▪️ In Romania, nearly 200 passengers were evacuated from a Wizz Air flight traveling from Milan to Bucharest. The aircraft landed safely at Henri Coandă International Airport.
▪️ Finnair also confirmed receiving a threat against a flight traveling from Helsinki to Rome. Italian Air Force fighter jets were necessary to escort the aircraft. Another Finnair flight landed safely in Vienna after a warning was received.
Security checks revealed no explosive devices on board any of the aircraft.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the threats as of now.

there are PLENTY of other search engines. There is no need to run with a begging bowl to Google. Boycott Google search and use alternatives like DuckDuckGo, Brave Search or Ecosia. Schools should take collective action. They are the users. They have the power.
Google heard the outcry from parents, teachers, and the US Senate, who don’t want Gemini pushed into classrooms. AI causes cognitive offloading, encourages cheating on homework, and enables the possibility of forming human-like relationships with a chatbot. So Google responded: They are going to make Gemini an “opt-in” choice for each school district. Great!
But then they attached a condition: if a school district does NOT turn on Gemini, then the students lose Google search, which is deeply woven into the fabric of education. This is coercion, not choice. Google can and should just restore what we all had before: Google search with no AI chatbot interaction or AI overviews.

Domestic was foreign and foreign was domestic in this election because corruption was transnational. An entire speech built around Wall Street Journal and New York Times investigations, and it just sang. Now imagine the Qataris, Emiratis, Kazakhstanis, Albanians, and Russians waking up today to chatter that Ossoff is liable to be president in two-plus years.
