BREAKING: Peaceful protestors are being arrested AGAIN.
The arrests of grandparents, teenagers and everyone in between for peacefully holding signs are a truly SHAMEFUL attack on our freedom of speech.
Peaceful protests are one of the best ways we have to make the government listen to us.
The Foreign Secretary has said that the government never meant to treat elderly people, vicars and grandmothers as criminals. Even the Home Secretary has said that some of these arrests make her uncomfortable.

#UK I am very concerned about the announcement by the @metpoliceuk to arrest people supporting protesters. The intl standards are clear: Article 21 and its related rights do not only protect participants while and where an assembly is ongoing. 1/
A Section 35 dispersal order will be in place in parts of central London from 8am to 11pm today.
This is following information that a group are planning to attend an event and express support for a proscribed organisation, which is an offence under the Terrorism Act.
The order will apply to the area outlined in the below map and means officers can order a person to leave the area or face arrest, where certain conditions apply.

UK police arrested a 94 year old Jewish woman today - a former human rights lawyer and recipient of the OBE - for the second time, under the terrorism act.
the UK has sold its democracy in order to protect Israeli weapons companies and preserve its trade with Israel. British people should be far more angry at the fact that their human rights are up for negotiation.

Anyone planning to attend a demonstration in support of Palestine Action in the vicinity of the US Embassy on Saturday, 31 October will face arrest as part of a robust policing operation.
Expressing support for the group is an offence under the Terrorism Act following its proscription in June 2025, a decision upheld by the Court of Appeal in June 2026.
