$NBIS ACQUIRES INFERIZE TO STRENGTHEN ITS INFERENCE PLATFORM
Inferize’s technology reduces the time AI models need to load before serving requests, cutting idle GPU time and helping capacity scale with actual demand.
For Nebius Token Factory, that means higher GPU utilization and better token economics.
Inferize’s CEO summed up the objective: “serving more customer demand from every GPU.”
Following Eigen AI and the addition of Clarifai’s core team, Nebius continues building out its inference stack. More capacity matters. Getting more out of that capacity matters too.

🟢 $NBIS is ranked as top tier platinum provider in SemiAnalysis ClusterMAX 3.0 alongside $CRWV
👉ClusterMAX is an industry-standard benchmark among providers, companies literally give free access to GPU clusters for testing because this is the highest regarded independent test that even influences customer decisions.
Important to note though, that this test is specifically for managed-clusters and not for bare-metal or inference end-points but it's still a very important one.
Also, to clarify, this is not rigged, it's not pay to win, it's non of that BS that you can read now on X.
The only reason you can read all those BS is because $IREN holders have to cope again with the fact that $IREN is not a recommended provider once again. In fact, their site is categorized as the worst in the industry.
The sad thing about this is that it's not surprising. $IREN wasn't even a NeoCloud by definition. I remember when Nebius' management tried to call them out about a year ago for calling themselves something they aren't.
Even Semianalysis says
"We recommend that IREN stop pretending to offer managed clusters and inference endpoints in public marketing and investment materials, and focus on their bare metal offerings, where there is plenty of market demand for their services."
The imagination that $IREN will be a cloud provider for enterprises and will rival others' software stack just because they bought Mirantis was always just a hallucination made up by X accounts.
It doesn't mean though $IREN can't be a good investment. Their new sites are getting better. Their assets *could* worth a lot and the stock *could* be cheap. But.
I just want my followers/readers to understand that the hype BS you constantly read on X is exactly as misleading as the company's own communication. When the company tries to appear better than it is and then you have the retail hypers on top of that you get a massively made-up picture about the company.
IREN is a baremetal provider. Not a company that has anything to do with Nebius and their 50m+ / MW deals.
Customers pay this much for high-level software layers and easy-of-use. Exactly what Iren called a commodity not that long ago.
100MW active power for Nebius is not the same as 100MW for IREN. But that could have been extrapolated when both of them got the $MSFT baremetal deal and even the baremetal deal was significantly inferior for Iren.
Not by coincident. It was exactly for the issues semianalysis highlight "Multi-day power outages, network upgrades, storage failures, air quality controls (issues)"
There is engineering quality differences between the datacenters and let alone the software stack on top of that.
Let alone inference, agentic workloads, token factory and open-source model serving that could be the cherry on top for Nebius according to Semianalysis who modeled around 100M / MW in that use case.
Don't get fooled by people who say the valuation difference is not justified between the companies. It is justified. It is exactly justified.
And honestly the most shocking thing is that a lot of them are completely dismissing this report and saying this doesn't change their thesis. I mean, this report is literally the thing you shouldn't dismiss.
This is a prime example of getting married to a stock with a false thesis. Huge issue for investing. Never let that happen.
I will admit I was wrong about $NBIS and sell my shares when multiple alarming signs and redflags will appear. It's not a shame to do so. I am not married to the stock, I am married to my financial life. If IREN jumped to gold tier and Nebius stayed at gold tier I would have seriously started questioning my own beliefs. Maybe something $IREN investors should also try once in a while.

For my first post, I’m sharing a letter @NVIDIA signed on why open models matter.
AI will transform every industry, power every company, and be built by every country.
Open models strengthen safety and cybersecurity, accelerate innovation and diffusion, and enable sovereignty.
The world needs both frontier closed models and frontier open models.

Trump:
One of the biggest Driving Forces in the Future for Jobs, are Data Centers. They are big, strong, bold, and Money Machines for the State in which they are built. Governor Kathy Hochul, for political reasons, has terminated all Data Centers being built, or to be built, in New York State.
These Companies are now being sought in Alabama, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and many other States. Both the Taxes and the Jobs amount to LIQUID GOLD!
New York State has made a terrible decision. All of this Income, and other Benefits, will be going to Red States, and some Blue, where Data Centers are sought as Cash Cows, with Lower Taxes and Record Setting Jobs.
They must pay for their own Water and Power, and any leftover goes back to the State and local Community. Data Centers are tremendous WINS for the States and Communities that are lucky enough to get them.
New York should change its Policy, IMMEDIATELY.

Marc Boroditsky (@marcboroditsky), Chief Revenue Officer of @nebiusai ( $NBIS ), says the next phase of AI is shifting from..
'What are AI natives building?' to 'When are enterprises adopting?'
"Lots of discussion about the CapEx, power & stock prices, which I think, at the end of the day, is a bit of a distraction because this is a marathon that we're running."
"Actually being able to drive that enterprise adoption, that's the critical next stage for the entire industry."
On the data center build-out:
"The biggest challenge that many of our competitors are facing is being single-threaded, which is strange when you're in a multi-threaded parallel processing industry."
Looking ahead..

$NBIS MANAGED AGENTS PLATFORM: The transition to Agents-as-a-Service
Lately, @romanchernin has teased a new Agentic AI software offering on Nebius Cloud. Both on the earnings call and etn. interview (video in the tweet below). This platform would sit on top of Token Factory, and would capture even more margins.
But first, what is Managed Agents? And what would this AaaS platform look like?
A managed agents platform runs your AI agents for you, handling the models, GPUs, tools, memory, and guardrails so you only write the prompt, and the platform takes care of the rest.
For example, an enterprise customer like Revolut could prompt: "Run a New Year's Eve campaign for our top customers." That one sentence kicks off a multi-step agent job. The agent figures out who qualifies, generates unique gift codes, drafts localized messages, creates the graphics, runs everything past compliance, and ships the campaign. It runs all of these steps on Token Factory inference.
AWS, Google Cloud and Claude already offer Managed Agents, if Nebius moves quickly they can be among the first platforms to offer this service.
Nebius is already partnered with DataRobot on this layer (datarobot.com/solutions/part…) but Nebius only provides tokens while DataRobot earns higher margins by selling agent runs to enterprises. (Image 1)
That's why I believe Nebius will develop (or acquire) its own Managed Agents layer, to earn superior margins and move up the stack. Because right now Nebius only sells tokens, but selling agent runs is much more profitable.
Possibility A (more likely): Nebius can build its own Managed Agents platform and will ship it in 2026/27. The talent pool at Nebius is more than enough to tackle this task (world-class engineers from EigenAI and Clarifai + people already at Nebius + maybe other surgical small acquisitions)
Possibility B: Nebius can purchase DataRobot's Agentic AI software IP and hire its core engineers (like they did with Clarifai).
This would fit $NBIS like a glove. Nebius runs the NVIDIA hardware, generates tokens, optimizes models and squeezes efficiency through EigenAI and Clarifai, runs agentic search on Tavily, human validation on Toloka Tandem, and sells Agentic runs through DataRobot's enterprise-grade, already proven orchestration platform.
Latest funding round implies 6B$ valuation in peak 2021 bubble. Secondary private markets today imply around 3.5B$. 1.8-2.2B$ can be a fair ballpark estimate for IP carve-out and core talent. I don't expect a full acquisition because of the bloated 800+ headcount and declining legacy ML products. However, it is an expensive acquisition. A 70% stock 30% cash deal (similar to EigenAI) can be dilutive and pressure cash reserves.
Bottom Line:
$NBIS wants to move up the stack to achieve better margins and go directly to enterprises rather than giving up margins to middle-men. They achieved this with launching Token Factory, and a new Agentic AI platform is the next step.
The AI infrastructure industry is fast and evolving. Lower layers (raw GPU rentals) are commoditizing and margins are decreasing. That's why it is critical to move up the stack, where you are closer to the end-customer and value creation is rewarded with superior margins. (remember Jensen's 5 layer AI cake, Image 2)
$IREN's Mirantis explained this dynamic here: xitter.gq/MirantisIT/status/2055…
By building the Agentic AI platform, Nebius can thrive at all 5 layers:
Energy - Nebius owns 75% of their capacity in 2027
Chips - Nebius has NVIDIA Cloud Partner status, which enables earlier access to latest chips
Infrastructure - Nebius builds its own server racks, saves 10-15% margins
Models/Inference - Token Factory
Applications - New Agentic AI Enterprise Platform & $NBIS's already stacked Physical AI software layers (
)
Very well put, the highest margins are unlocked further up the stack.
Today this is managed inference, in a few years it will move up to managed Agents.
And $NBIS is starting to position there today:
