At the beginning of this year I launched Rhema as a passion project to help people study the Bible and use AI to actually help them grow. I just added a totally free MCP - if you make an account you will get 100% free access to every premium commentary, cross reference, original language tools and more. Connect your bot, dot, muse or more - no catch. rhemabible.co/docs/mcp

Split it and make it a separate app. Dots can still be accessible from ChatGPT but Dots as a standalone app that can spin up cloud threads/local threads from its own UI. Let people make multiple dots. Stop trying to sell it with “it uses Astra” - 6.1 Sol and more dots would be much more valuable and then let users select model for codex threads and pull from usage. Fix it’s VM. It’s buggy and randomly restarts and prevents it from accessing files it has already outputted in the thread it’s already working in. Give a better UI to see tasks, routines, artifacts. That should do it.
DM if you want to help scale dots to 1B users and have done similar things in the past

Also, dots should have to spin up a codex thread to work on my local device. Super clunky experience - should be able to work across any device Dots is installed on.

I strongly encourage everyone to use a very secure password/credential storage solution. I personally recommend Apple notes
BREAKING: OpenAI says it found a critical flaw in Brotli, a widely used compression library built into software like Node.js, Bun and Envoy. The bug could let an attacker take over a system just by sending it malicious compressed data, with no login needed. That works both ways: a hacker could hijack an unpatched server, or a malicious server could hijack an unpatched user’s device.

Hey @bot can you file a class action lawsuit against Samsung please?
WTF, $3000 Samsung TV has an always-on mic, automatic content recognition, geo tracking, network mapping, and ships your data to Samsung + 400 partners. Bro Rooted a brand-new 2025 Samsung TV after noticing absurdly targeted ads. Firmware was locked down, so zero-days it was. Got a root shell. then found: always-on voice service, ACR, geo, full telemetry pipeline, and four separate DRM systems. This isn’t a bug, It’s the product bro.

We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026. That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community. Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward. We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how: · Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly. · Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact. · Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security. · The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional. Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.

The last 2 weeks on X - literally just posting things I would have been doing regardless. Really just have to stop thinking about what to post and just start posting

Rough day for the smart TV industry. This took me 10 min from my phone with Grok @bot
Vibe coded my parents' TV this afternoon! It was showing a sponsored ad before you could even get to Netflix. Gave Claude Code the model number, it found the TV on wifi, removed 25 Xiaomi packages and wrote a new launcher. Looks like an Apple TV now lol
