George Madgwick was arrested on 6 January 2026 and subsequently held a senior Reform leadership position.
He now faces 35 criminal charges, including 12 counts of rape.
As Reform's Shadow Home Secretary, answer four questions:
When did Reform's leadership first learn of his arrest?
Who authorised his subsequent leadership role?
What safeguarding and vetting checks were conducted?
Did Farage, Tice or you know about the investigation?
These are questions about Reform's internal decisions, not Madgwick's guilt. That is for the courts.
You demand accountability from others. The public is entitled to demand it from you.
Transparency cannot be selective.

The Prime Minister is set to announce new trade deals with the European Union worth billions of pounds, as part of plans to forge a closer relationship between Britain and Europe.
Andy Burnham will meet top European leaders Antonio Costa and Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels later this month when the deals are expected to be announced, including a major agricultural agreement and a youth visa scheme.
