PLEASEEEEEEEEE disable "Show my message content on Web Pages" !!!
why does Discord think this is a good ideaaaaaa 🫠🫠
Discord is about to put your public messages on Google
Discord will start making messages from Discoverable public servers searchable on Google and other search engines from mid-December.
The feature is ON by default in most regions, but you can opt out:
User Settings → Data & Privacy → turn off “Show my message content from Discoverable channels on web pages.”
In the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Korea, it will be OFF by default.
Private servers, DMs and group DMs are not included. Usernames and avatars won’t appear alongside indexed messages.

if you refuse to admit that your favourite antagonist/villain character is a bad person then you aren’t truly a fan of them and don’t understand their character

vgen lowk changed the whole art market for small artists by making it possible to browse artists in one place and offer a sense of safety while doing it, i genuinely don't see how ppl think a 5% fee is too much for everything you get in return 😭

People that write fanfics: How do you organize your ideas? Do you create a list of topics about the scenes you want to add in the storie and add a bunch of contextualization around that idea? How to connect the topics? How to find good introdutions for your text and conclusion?

The worst thing about this is that the more conversationally proficient you get in japanese, the harder this makes it to accurately judge the emotional distance between you and someone else. it drove me a bit crazy.
