Talk is cheap, these jars were not.
After the last round being total duds, was really hoping these jars would come back with a vengeance… the Z definitely fell short. Will smoke the bx1 tonight.
Is it better than the last run? Yes. Is that saying much? No.
Nose is much more loud and vibrant, tropial sweetness mixed w/yellow sponge cake.
But how does it smoke?
Lit up great, but from the first pull to my last.. this was lacking. Missing intensity and depth of flavor. It translates okay, but missing that lip smacking appeal you get from great Z. More savory z on inhale and tropical sweet exhale.
Had a good texture and smooth pull till about the last 3rd of the doink. Wasn’t the heaviest coat, it was kinda there and had some lingering flavor but not for long.
Little bit of company starts to come in and disrupt what flavor was there and smoothness was fading with it.
Started to tighten up the chest and at that point I had to put it out. Definitely a let down and certainly no “🦄” batch. Hoping the Zbx1 is better.
This was mid-7’s at best.
