A 4-hour marathon is 9:09/mile for 26.2 miles. Not elite. Nobody said it was. But runners online hear “4 hours” and somehow call that slow. Go ask a room full of normal adults how many could hold that pace for FOUR hours. Running internet is weird.

We have been running long before we discovered Strava. 😂
If Strava went PRIVATE tomorrow... and only YOU could see your runs... would you still train as hard?

Yes, it’s actually named after pickle juice 😭 The name references the drink endurance runners use for muscle cramps — and Nike even shaped the shoe’s rocker profile to resemble a pickle 🤯🥒
FIRST LOOK: Nike ACG “Picklejus” 🥒⛰️ Built for 100+ mile mountain runs with dual-density ZoomX, a trail-tuned Flyknit upper and Nike ACG’s new GOATEK traction system. 🗓️ Late 2027

My vision for The Capper Ledger has always been more than logging bets to a spreadsheet. I want to move the needle and actually make sports betting more transparent. Meet @capperledgerbot. Tag a capper's bet, it logs it, grades it when the game's final, and adds it to the ledger. You see what you tagged and what everyone else did too. Right now tagging requires an account. More details below. xitter.gq/capperledgerbot/status…
Here's how the bot works! Sign up if you want to test out.
