THEY JUST LOCKED THE DOORS, MINNESOTA. 🔥
The U.S. Department of Justice asked to monitor Hennepin County polling places tomorrow. Mary Moriarty's office and Steve Simon's office got consulted and the County said NO.
They keep telling us Minnesota's elections are the cleanest in America. Then why does the cleanest system in America need a sealed room, banned monitors, silenced journalists, and spies on the watchers? Clean systems don't fear daylight. THIS one is terrified of it.
Tomorrow isn't just an election anymore. Tomorrow is a jailbreak of our own elections, out of their locked room. Every legal voter in Hennepin County, in line by 8 PM, voting in numbers no vouching machine can bury.
Doors open 7 AM. BE IN THEM!!!

🚨 WOW! The New York Times just found a random voter in Ohio who DROPPED this line: "I'd rather pay $10 for gas than vote for the Democrats."
He voted with his wife.
He said — Trump's economy is catching up.
He said we're digging out from the Biden hole.
HE IS A FREAKING PATRIOT!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

EXCLUSIVE: A Honduran illegal alien who was arrested by ICE in Minnesota during Operation Metro Surge, issued a deportation order, then ordered released from ICE detention by a Clinton-appointed federal judge on "due process" grounds has now been arrested & charged w/ raping a woman in her Minnesota home while working as a handyman after his release. Police say the rape was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance video.
Authorities in Ramsey County, MN have charged 42-year-old MARCOTULIO MELENDEZ DIAZ with felony 1st degree criminal sexual penetration w/ coercion. According to the criminal complaint, on October 11th, MELENDEZ DIAZ allegedly overpowered and repeatedly raped the female victim in her own home in Mounds View, MN against her will while working as a handyman, and the assault was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance system video. He is in custody on $150,000 bond and will face up to 30 years in prison if convicted. ICE has placed a detainer on him.
ICE sources tell FOX that MELENDEZ DIAZ was initially caught and released at the Texas border by the Biden administration in April 2024. ICE arrested him in Minnesota in January 2026 during Operation Metro Surge and transferred him to ICE detention in Texas where he initially crossed the border illegally. An immigration judge issued him a deportation order on 3/30/2026 and MELENDEZ DIAZ appealed. But on 8/7/2026, a federal judge in the Western District of Texas, Judge Orlando L. Garcia (Clinton appointee) ordered MELENDEZ DIAZ released from ICE custody and granted his habeas petition on grounds of “due process”, and MELENDEZ DIAZ made his way back to Minnesota.
The Board of Immigration Appeals then rejected MELENDEZ DIAZ’s appeal on 10/9/2026 and issued him a final deportation order, and two days later, police say he raped the Minnesota woman in her home.
Frustrated ICE sources say this alleged rape would have never happened if MELENDEZ DIAZ had remained in ICE custody.
I’ve reached out to Judge Garcia’s office & courtroom deputy for comment.

It’s important to note, U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui is the same judge who apologized to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter who attempted to assassinate President Trump.
🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨
A federal judge just dismissed charges against two former FBI officials accused of lying to Congress about Hunter Biden’s laptop.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui called the investigation into former officials Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, rushed, overly political, and full of serious mistakes, describing it as clear “weaponization.”
He says the case was ordered and closely watched by FBI Director Kash Patel and filed just before the midterms, even though the alleged lies happened years earlier.

Beydoun, a prominent businesswoman, was appointed by Whitmer to a key state board overseeing economic development grants. Prosecutors say she used forged documents to secure a massive $20 million earmark, then funneled the money for personal expenses and her own enrichment.
Attorney General Dana Nessel announced the charges, including conducting a criminal enterprise.

THE H-1B ROAD TO A GREEN CARD IS NOW UNDER AUDIT
Exactly right. The Labor Department's own Inspector General put it on the FY2027 audit plan.
In FY2025, 53% of PERM green card applications were for workers already on H-1B. The Labor Department approved 93% of them.
An H-1B employer doesn't have to recruit Americans unless it is H-1B dependent or a past willful violator. PERM is supposed to show no qualified American was available.
The audit will check whether U.S. workers could fairly compete for those jobs.
It all starts with the H-1B filing. Employers made over 6.6M of them since FY2015.
🚨 BREAKING: FEDERAL WATCHDOG TARGETS THE H-1B TO GREEN CARD PIPELINE.
The Department of Labor Inspector General just revealed:
• 53% of FY2025 PERM applications involved workers already on H-1B visas.
• 93% of those applications were APPROVED.
Now the watchdog is launching an audit into whether American workers were given a fair chance to compete for those jobs.
Here’s the question:
If employers are caught manipulating recruitment to bypass American workers, shouldn't they face criminal penalties and permanent debarment?

AMAZON IS STILL NO. 1 FOR H-1B APPROVALS
This is for the 12 months of FY2026 approved petitions.
Amazon entities had 16,884 approved petitions in FY2026. That's down 11.9% from 19,166, and still more than Google and Tata Consultancy (#2 and #3) combined.
BREAKING: NEW FY2026 H-1B DATA IS LIVE
THE $100,000 H-1B FEE DID NOTHING TO SLOW NEW APPROVALS.
This covers the fiscal year from October 2025 to September 2026.
The fee started in September 2025. FY2026 was the first full year with it in place.
First-time approvals still rose 10.6%, to 126,985 from 114,804.
Continuing approvals fell 8.0% to 268,191, down from 291,543.
Total approvals came in at 395,176, down just 2.7% from 406,347 in FY2025.
All figures are APPROVED petitions, meaning either a new employee or an employee keeping their job or starting a new one.
That's 395,176 approvals for foreigners on a temporary visa to start or continue to work in America.
