Benson (@borderonwheels), you special little boy. You brought so much joy and inspiration to our lives. We’ll be forever grateful for the time we got to spend with you. We wish we had more time, but did what was right for you because we loved you. Love you forever xx 💔 #btposse

No revelations here but Henrik Pedersen in my experience is a really good man. A pleasure to deal with throughout his time at Wednesday, always respectful of the job we do and generous with his time.
His role in the success of the great escape shouldn't be forgotten. Most importantly really well respected behind the scenes not least for his steering of football and staff in the darkest of times.
Have written on this before, but it could have so easily become a desperate, toxic environment at Middlewood Road and as leader Pedersen held the wheels in place. You could hardly imagine a more brutal football task.
Ultimately a change became inevitable but looking beyond the win/loss column history should be kind to him. They were truly unique circumstances. Really hope he goes on to get the sort of coaching opportunities he was considered for last summer.
Looking forward to seeing what comes next for SWFC.

A 5-0 win and a long-standing attendance record equalled 👏
Not since the early 90s have we seen six consecutive league attendances over 30,000!
Not since the early 50s has there been seven..

Great to teach football finance at this year’s intake of the @thepfabusiness . The first lecture is on understanding owners ‘The Good, The Bad and The Chansiri’. Turns out there was someone in the class who knows a lot more about it than me #WAWAW

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Howard Wilkinson OBE, Lord David Blunkett and Clive Betts as Lifetime Presidents 🦉
The honorary positions recognise three individuals with longstanding connections to Wednesday and the City of Sheffield, and significant contributions they have made to the club, its community and wider civic life.

This is really sad news. Paul was one of those people who made Rotherham United what it was. A familiar face you always enjoyed seeing at Millmoor or the NYS. Someone just synonymous with the club. A really nice bloke and it won’t be the same now. RIP Paul.
Everyone at Rotherham United has been deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our former club photographer Paul Wickson, following a short illness.
Boyhood Millers fan Paul immortalised many magical moments through his lens and made strong connections with players, staff and supporters alike during his time with the club.
Rest in Peace, Paul.
Once a Miller, Always a Miller.

Madame Celeste Amarilla,

SWFC Trust is disappointed to learn that our opening home fixture of the season against Bradford City, originally scheduled for 3pm on Saturday 22nd August, has been moved to 8pm on Thursday 20th August.
What should have been a fantastic and exciting opportunity for supporters to come together and celebrate the opening home game of the season, and the beginning of a new era under the club's new ownership, has instead become a fixture that many fans will now struggle to attend.
The change will undoubtedly impact families with young children, supporters with work commitments, and many travelling fans, including those making the journey from Bradford. A Saturday afternoon fixture would have provided a far more accessible occasion for supporters of both clubs.
We urge @SkySports and other broadcasters to give greater consideration to the needs of match-going supporters when scheduling fixtures. Football simply wouldn't exist without its fans, and they deserve to be at the heart of these decisions.
We share the frustration of many supporters who were looking forward to celebrating the start of the new season together and hope that future scheduling decisions better reflect the interests of those who regularly attend matches.
