Not LC, but I get swollen lymph nodes from MCAS. Lymphatic drainage massage can help. I recommend @CancerRehabPT videos on youtube. I do armpit circles every morning. Also green tea, but too many days in a row I end up with intestinal issues. How long? 🤷♀️ Just more or less bad.
Really need nutrition/dietician education to be much more comprehensive though. Have diabetes? no problem! Have too many food allergies and need to figure out how to work with what you can eat and maintain nutrition needs? 🤷♀️

I haven't had to deal with any of that (yet), but I have wondered how forgiving it will be. And if it is forgiving enough for that, then it definitely wouldn't be able to tell me apart from close relatives. Either way it's completely useless.

Asymptomatic spread of Covid is real and never stopped. An asymptomatic case can lead to Long Covid. Could that person standing next to you in public have asymptomatic Covid? You will never know.
To be slightly pedantic back - fiber is the boll of cotton etc. Humans make thread and fabric from it. So natural fibers are fibers that are found in nature. Is all food is man-made when you can pick a blueberry off a bush? Yes there is labor involved, but a bird does both too.
I understand the pressures involved beforehand, but less so the surprise afterwards. Obviously everything is much worse now, but watching people for over a decade finding out they can't pay their loans over and over was nearly as exhausting as people ignoring the pandemic is now.
As an elder millennial, I sympathize greatly, except for why anyone younger thought that following the same path of getting a degree and working hard would get them different results as the people who came before them who were working low wage jobs and couldn't pay their loans.
