Nisha didn’t just hide the truth. She decided Pavi’s trust was less important than keeping her close. The moment she says she was terrified Pavi would leave, she’s admitting she already treated the relationship like something she had to manage instead of something she had to protect. That’s why the “twin promise” line lands so hard. Pavi isn’t angry because Nisha failed as an Avatar. She’s angry because Nisha failed as the one person who wasn’t supposed to keep secrets from her. Most people will call this abandonment. The real issue is that Nisha already started treating Pavi like someone she might lose before she ever gave her the chance to stay. Curious if anyone thinks Pavi’s reaction is too harsh or if Nisha already crossed the line when she chose silence over honesty.
