There has never been a better time to be an engineer at @getserval. At serval we believe product is everything and great teams build great products.
Every eng hire gets a $10,000 paid vacation along with a $30,000k joining bonus. This has gotta be nuts.
If you’re an engineer looking to solve the hardest problems at the best and fastest growing startup in SF. This is your calling.
JOIN. US. NOW.
Starting today, every engineer who joins Serval begins with a weeklong, $10,000 paid vacation. We’re building the next generational company. We need generational talent to see it through.
Our mission has always been to empower people across every team to turn their understanding of a problem into working, trustworthy automations. Making that function inside the largest enterprises takes world-class engineering.
That’s what you’d be joining us to do. There are foundational decisions still to make, and the engineers making them will shape the future of how big we can build this company.
We want you to arrive rested and ready to do the best work of your life. So your first week is a chance to get away.
And if a @getserval employee refers you, both you and that employee receive $30,000, on top of the vacation.

We raised a $150M Series C at a $3B valuation, led by @sequoia. Our third round in 12 months, bringing our total funding to $277M.
Our team has grown 10x in the last 12 months. We now serve Fox Corporation, WPP, Live Nation, Lucid Motors, and Ramp, and many of them are fully replacing legacy platforms with @getserval.
AI coding tools have transformed how engineers work. Serval brings that same power to every team, so anyone can build governed automations across the systems they already use.
We’re hiring 500+ people over the next year and expanding in San Francisco, NYC, London, Austin, and beyond.
If you’re down to take on legacy enterprise systems and transform how teams work, my cofounder @AlexAtServal and I would love to meet you.
It’s Serval now.

Rip
We had a security breach last night related to a large scale distillation attack that impacted 1.4% of OpenCode Console users
We have notified them all this morning via email. If you did not get an email you were not impacted, it was a subset of users who had external providers linked
The incident is ongoing so we cannot share more details at this point but we are working with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to remediate
Sometimes, i’m kinda proud of my work 🤌

Meet Catalyst, our AI agent for enterprise automation.
Give it ticket histories, SOPs, or a plain-language instruction. Catalyst builds secure, production-ready automations. Its background agents also run continuously to find problems and suggest fixes before anyone files a ticket.

Soft Serval came to NYC… and serve we did 🍦
First stop: ServiceNow World Forum, where our purple truck handed out free soft serve outside the Javits Center to anyone who needed a break from the show floor.
Then we hit the road, bringing ice cream to our customers at Clay, Bilt, Arch, and several others.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a cup or cone, and helped make Soft Serval’s two-day NYC tour one to remember!
Ride along with Soft Serval 🎥👇
