he is a form
of ontology in ekphrasis
a dissertation that fails
to be refuted by any theory
of beauty's allegory
I am a reader who has dwelled
in the semantics of his pages
he becomes a denotative metaphor
in the body of my literature
that has forgotten
how to come to an end

This is a shocking and painful injustice that cries out for accountability!
How can a Kuwaiti woman 🇰🇼 receive only a life sentence while an Indian man 🇮🇳 and a Lebanese man 🇱🇧 are sentenced to death, when all were involved in the same crimes of drug use and trafficking?!
Where is equality before the law? Where is true justice? The scales of justice appear heavily tilted by nationality!
We demand a clear and transparent explanation.
