Before he was arrested I was approached by one of Russell Brand's accusers. A complete stranger. She contacted me as she "trusted my work". Extremely distressing conversation.

Always worth remembering: a jury has heard all the admissible evidence in a case, and has been advised on the law by a judge. You probably haven’t heard all the evidence, and don’t know the law as well as a judge.

Russell Brand has been found guilty on 1 count of Rape and 3 counts of Sexual Assault.
He's going to get 7-15 years when he is sentenced, probably in December or January.
But now he is headed straight to prison.

BREAKING: The Court of Appeal has judged that Vickrum Digwa's sentence for murdering Henry Nowak should be *increased* to a minimum term of at least 25 years, up from 21 years.
Digwa's appeal to reduce his sentence is refused.
