Our agent finished a feature and asked for a one-word reply. A teammate tested it by hand and wrote back: "Works." 18 months of building software with humans + agents, and the real win isn't speed. It's time back with our kids, out exploring the world.

Don’t keep your hopes up too high.
Raring to race in São Paulo 🗺️📍

This is intriguing!
This data was shocking 😳

I've changed how I work over the last few weeks. I now have one lead agent for each area of focus, running all the time, and a chief of staff agent that oversees them. Each lead manages its own sub-agents that write code, test it, chase reviews, and coordinate with team members. Everything I need to decide or review comes into one prioritized queue, a simple local web app. Each product review includes screenshots and a video demo of the feature. I clear the queue in batches, mostly by voice and keyboard shortcuts. The leads also bring back ideas I hadn't considered. Working from one queue, instead of switching between dozens of chats, has cut a lot of mental overhead. The system keeps learning my preferences and distilling my judgment into a "Brian brain," so its recommendations and first drafts get better before they reach me. The goal is fewer corrections per change. Every change still goes through the same human review and security checks. It is eliminating tasks, not human judgment. What an exciting time to push the frontier of productivity, especially as we build the economy for agents (agentic finance). We should all keep pushing in this direction.

Fresh of breath air!
He is such a breath of fresh air.

Gotta be honest. After last weekend, I'm feeling less love for @Charles_Leclerc going for the overtake at all costs, and the love is shifting to @LewisHamilton for being a gentleman every time. Let's see what happens in Brazil, constructors still not over for @ScuderiaFerrari. Mathematically very unlikely that Mercedes don't score points for the last 3 races, but I'll keep my hopes up.

Masterclass!
Lewis Hamilton, pole lap, Japan 2017 - for me, the best walk-through he's ever done. He's so keen to share how he achieved it. Kudos to the Sky producers involved - he rarely gives these (like Mexico this year) and it takes real trust to set up.

Unfortunately not all voters were smart enough to see through this.
Something feels a bit iffy about California prop 38. Doing a popular vote proposed by a 3 person non-profit that gives said non profit $4.2B from the public! I hope Gary is great and knows how to spend $4.2B well because it’s done.

Please get out of politics Elon. Focus on what your do best - engineering/design amazing products and future technologies for humanity’s benefit. Don’t try to engineer politics as well.
Guess my election-interfering space lasers didn’t work this time 🤷‍♂️

This. I wish all the Elon haters see this and learn not to put everything in the same bucket. I choose to focus just on the part where he builds stuff that helps humanity progress.
Elon Musk can be arrogant, impulsive, and spectacularly rude. But he has also helped make reusable rockets, electric cars, and satellite internet practical at scale. Steve Jobs was famously demanding, cruel, and difficult to work with. Yet he helped bring personal computers and smartphones to mass markets. Thomas Edison was combative and ruthlessly competitive. Yet his work on electric lighting, sound recording, and industrial research helped transform modern life. Henry Ford was a notorious antisemite who promoted conspiracy theories through his publications. Yet his assembly lines brought automobiles within reach of ordinary Americans and helped defeat Hitler. A society that has no room for difficult people may also have less room for extraordinary achievement.

Once you start building agents it's easy to keep adding them. I hit 38 and couldn't tell which ones were pulling their weight. So I built one more whose whole job is to stop me building more. That's Atlas, my org bot, and the fleet is now down to 24. Template: x.ai/bot/se8Qjb2n4c33qZOdRdE…

This is the potentially controversial one, my design bot. At 2:38 one morning it re-checked a release from my Design Squads CRM bot and got 8 server errors in 35 page loads, right after the CRM bot had said those were only from her publish switchover.

Here's my template for my App PM bot x.ai/bot/K3gtQI-fA0mDGeIiXZg…
I hear from the bot that runs my app about once a week, and that's pretty much it. Every product I run has one lead bot whose whole job is one number. This is a short series on how my 24 agents are set up (steal whatever's useful), starting with the project leads.

Here's my template for Tally x.ai/bot/U0P-VUWJKFmR8vIsWiR…
I don't trust one AI with any facts that matter, so whenever one of my bots needs research, a fact checked or advice on a decision, it goes to Tally. It writes one brief and sends it to Grok 4.7 and Claude Opus 5.5 separately, so neither sees the other's answer.
