Fin Ran the 1500m for @StJohnLloydPE Friday and then swam for the county swim team @NofioSirGar this weekend. He reached a massive 3 finals to earn top ten finishes in the 11-14 category. Racing against some exceptional swimmers from England. 🫡
Finley is now officially the Welsh Short Course 50m Breaststroke Champion after racing at the @SwimWales Welsh Champs this weekend. He also achieved 2 bronze and 1 silver in 200IM, 100m Brst and 200m Brst @StJohnLloydPE @CelticTri @NofioSirGar @sportcarms @actifsirgar @adam_peaty

Simon Phillips (Welsh Tri Volunteer of the year) @TinworksTriClub organised a charity swim to raise money for a defibrillator at Llanelli North Dock. Not only did they raise enough money for the defib but they also raised enough to help fund Heart Screening for 100 people
