Good thing Steve Bray knows who some very powerful relatively unknown people are. Most would not recognise any of the key personnel in the Cambridge Analytica team. At the Spectator Summer Ball last year too. #ToriesOut214 #GeneralElectionNow xitter.cf/snb19692/status/154535…
A few surreal moments last night outside the Spectator gathering…. Julia Hartley Brewer comes out , then the ex chief data guy for Cambridge Analytica….then David Davis ex Brexit Secretary

Tommy Robinson has been granted bail under strict conditions and will be sentenced on 16 December 2026, meaning he could be spending Christmas in prison. He is banned from contacting any prosecution witnesses, including the two journalists involved in the case, either directly or indirectly. He must also not post any material online that could identify the prosecution witnesses.

This morning on BBC Breakfast, Nigel Farage said he had received “zero help from the state” with his security. Yet reports say he had previously received publicly funded protection and was offered a taxpayer-funded package including a bodyguard, a secure car and a trained driver. So why did he lie? If he means he is not currently using state-funded protection, or that he turned it down, he should say that. “Zero help from the state” leaves out the offer he rejected. Then there is the £5 million gift from a foreign-based crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne. In May, he called it an unconditional “reward” for 27 years of campaigning for Brexit. Why did he lie again? There is nothing wrong with rejecting a security offer if he believes it is unsuitable. There is nothing inherently wrong with accepting a genuine gift in recognition of his Brexit campaigning. But when the explanations keep shifting—and a claim of “zero help” omits an offer he rejected—it creates doubt and undermines trust. Public life depends on honesty. People deserve a straight answer.

🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: The US Department of Justice has filed its Memorandum in Support of Andrew Tate’s extradition to the UK. The DOJ argues that the UK’s submission establishes probable cause that Andrew Tate committed the 39 charged offenses being considered for extradition. The DOJ also emphasizes that the allegations are not based solely on victims’ statements, citing substantial independent corroborating evidence, including communications, witness accounts, travel records, and banking records.

I challenge @_GeorgeFinch the leader of Warwickshire County Council @reformparty_uk to play the defence lawyer in the mock trial of @Nigel_Farage. In a democracy, writing books, talking to sixth formers and mocking politicians is OK. But political actors must be open about what they stand for and where their money comes from. @_GeorgeFinch Do you accept the challenge?

Reform wants to cut the minimum wage.
If you are a young person who wants to earn, learn and move forward ward with your life, then Reform is for you. In our first 100 days I will cut 20% off taxpayer funding for Mickey Mouse degrees and fund more apprenticeships and British doctors and nurses.

Is Andrew Rosinell being pushed out by Reform as the acceptable face of fascism? We all understand that Reform UK are grasping at straws and trying to win back Restore voters. This is far-right rhetoric dressed up in a suit with a clipped accent. Like Rupert Lowe.
‘I think Andrew has fallen down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole.’ Lib Dem MP @JessBrownFuller calls Andrew Rosindell’s rhetoric ‘dangerous’.

As something of an expert in defamation law…. Rupes has let you off very very lightly indeed @JonathanPieNews You have the appearance of a man whose nut sack would smell like the cheese fridge at Waitrose after a prolonged power outage

This is highly misleading. The proposal is to move the standing charge to unit costs meaning it will actually save around £25 per year for an average household.
