In its pivotal clinical trial, the GRAIL test to detect early cancer failed its primary endpoint. It detected only 3 early cases per 1,000 people assessed. There were more false negative results (N=196) than true positives (N=133). Reviewed here erictopol.substack.com/p/the…

Hey @Apple when I purchase a phone case at your store and it turns out to be defective, I shouldn’t have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to get it replaced. It’s a >1 hour wait and there are 15 employees in the front that could all replace my case if they were empowered.

Just when you thought @PHLAirport couldn’t possibly get worse, I just discovered that they removed every single US mailbox from the airport.
So one of our employees lost her @Verizon iPhone 13. Fortunately, we have @AsurionCares insurance that we pay $60/month. So I file a claim and deductible for lost iPhone 13 is $229. A refurb iPhone 13 on @eBay is $256 so I’ve been paying $60/month for 10 years to save $27.
