You vote for the candidate you want in the primaries.
You vote for the candidate you must in the general election.
There are some candidates I'm having to hold my nose to vote for this year. But since Jesus will never be on the ballot, I must vote for the candidate most closely aligned with the principles in the Word of God.
I'm not voting for a pastor. I have a pastor. I'm voting for the nation and state I want to live in and leave to my children and their children. Socialism, communism, and Islam are about as far away from biblical principles as you can get, so that leaves me with one choice as a disciple of Jesus. GO VOTE!

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. 🇺🇸🙏
Charlie understood something a whole lot of people never figure out: you don’t get to choose the generation you’re born into, but you do get to choose whether you’ll stand up in it.
He stood.
He stood for truth. He stood for freedom. He stood for the next generation. And most importantly, he was never ashamed to stand for King Jesus.
Charlie used the platform God gave him to challenge a generation to think, to speak up, and to refuse to bow to a culture demanding their silence. His voice reached millions, but his greatest legacy will always be bigger than a microphone or a movement—it’s the people he inspired to find their own courage and use their own voice.
One year later, we remember a husband, a father, a leader and a brother in Christ whose life was taken far too soon.
We continue to pray for Erika, their children, and everyone who loved him.
Charlie finished his race, but the assignment didn’t die with him.
Church, it’s our turn to stand.

Christians seem to always have a plan to keep Christianity from further influencing our nation by discipling people into political apathy (“we don’t get political”) or political ambiguity (“Jesus isn’t a Republican or Democrat, neither Right nor Left” = primary application of gospel to culture)
