I think the #JohnLewisChristmas ad in 20 years time should revisit this family as granny’s will is being read out. And she’s left the lot to a donkey sanctuary.
Karma, you materialistic little sods.

EXCLUSIVE: Ministers have launched a radical overhaul to merge Scotland’s 14 health boards into two mega-authorities without producing a business case, internal Scottish Government papers seen by @heraldscotland reveal.

If you're a parent and the draft Conversion Practices Bill doesn't terrify you, you haven't yet understood what it could do to you and the people you love best.

This will fuel calls for a women’s trade union. And rightly so.

Jayne Ozanne’s evidence to the #ConversionBill Committee is incredible
🧵
Like other witnesses in favour, Jayne says it’s “so difficult talking in the abstract”.
It’s not difficult for me to know that I’d go to prison rather than let an 11yr old wear a breast binder.>
Revealing exchange with @NazShahBfd
She asks Ms Ozanne about an 11 year old girl who wants to bind her breasts & her parents refuse to purchase the binder.
“It’s so difficult talking in the abstract” says Ozanne “I can’t give you a direct answer”
This is a CRIMINAL law

The question is not whether your gov should promote Scotland overseas; it is whether the SNP, as a separatist party of gov, is also using these opportunities to advance its constitutional ambitions. I would argue that it is, and that this is, in fact, its primary objective. 🙄

The content warning the bill committee is applying to its own proceedings - in contravention of an earlier decision taken for Parliament as a whole - is explicitly part of building a case for the Bill being needed.
It needs calling out, hard, fast and repeatedly till it stops.

I must know 79 people here on this platform who can sign and share this today and get us to the first milestone of 10,000 signatures!! "Women should not have to see the words woman, girl, mother, and pregnant woman disappear or become secondary." #XX

This. I have lost count of the people I used to regard as towering intellects whose brains this cult has melted.
Replying to @BettsCaro @CommonsSpeaker
You were ever looking for evidence that we are dealing with something quite exceptionally brain melting here, this is it.

Women are being killed in Scotland and I fear we are getting used to it…..strong words from Karyn McCluskey CEO of Community Justice Scotland telling it like it is. Karyn never sugar coats reality. She has seen the human cost of the increasing violence that means the most dangerous place in Scotland for many women is her own home and as a result thousands of children are living in terror. This is why we launched It’s Time…the carnage must end now!

Imagine any newspaper doling out awards to those who lie to them, knock back their FOIs and prefer to see journalists corralled in parliamentary ‘pen’, as if they’re no better than livestock 🤦🏻♀

This is such an important point from Joyce.
"If my husband takes my phone away from me as an adult, that's coercive control, if I do that to my child that might be responsible parenting"
That's one of the many problems with the conversion bill, it treats children like adults.
“If my husband takes my phone away from me because he doesn’t want me contacting people, that’s coercive control. If I do that to my child, that maybe responsible parenting”
Well said @HJoyceGender! #BinTheBill

I would go further. This bill will tear families apart and it will cast the shadow of criminal law across every kitchen table where a distressed teenager is having difficult conversions with mum and dad.
This isn’t gay rights. This is tyranny.

Helen Joyce is the gold standard for crystal-clear communication.
She distills her formidable intelligence into simple words & coherent phrases that cut right through the toxic lies of the genderology cult.
She’s the reason they came up with their desperate NO DEBATE tactic.

Another meeting with expert psychotherapists, academics and experienced parents discussing the many potential harms of the terrible #CPBill #conversionbill. Some of us Parliamentarians have been steeped in this for several years, yet the Bill is being led through the House by those new MPs who had an agenda to push it as Labour Party activists and staffers. One drafted it, one is Chairing - and was the Head of Investigations against women like me. Women like me would have been blocked from joining the Bill Committee as a Labour MP, I have zero chance of getting near it and contributing now. Won't stop me finding other platforms to speak against it though, obviously...

Presumably @UniofOxford is more frightened of being sued by Rattley than by all the students he is harassing by teaching them while wearing vast prosthetic breasts. A peek at their risk register would be interesting.
