Igbos who have taken ancestral DNA 🧬 tests are returning to reconnect with their Igbo ancestors, embrace their roots and reclaim their cultural identity.
Many are also seeking Igbo names as part of their journey of purification, cleansing, reconciliation and reconnection with their ancestral heritage.
The connection to our roots remains strong, no matter how many generations have passed.
A rich billionaire doing ordinary jobs. America is blessed to have a working and successful president.
Donald Trump once spent a day doing 4 jobs inside his own hotel that he had never done before. The first guest who needed him trusted him with her dog.
It was a gamble, and he knew it. A billionaire with no training, a freezing street and somebody else's dog at the end of the leash. "The fact that she trusted me with that dog was amazing. Probably she shouldn't have, but it worked out."
The dog made it back safely. The next job came with a burger he wasn't allowed to eat.
On room service duty, he asked the kitchen whether someone like him could take a bite out of the burger before bringing it up to the room. The answer was no. So he carried it up untouched, admired the tray ("This is serious room service") and told the guest he hoped for "a nice, big, fat tip."
Then a housekeeper named Mia handed him a vacuum, and the boss became the trainee. Pull the covers up tight. Vacuum until a single piece of lint is gone. When she pointed him to the bathroom, the man who owned the building hesitated: "Oh, I'm not into bathrooms. I don't know if I could ever do that job." They settled on the sink. He sprayed it, wiped it and changed his mind on the spot. "I like this job, Mia."
By the end, he admitted all 4 jobs were tough. You had to be sharp, you had to be smart, you had to get along with people, and it was hard work. Then he turned to Mia: "I'm your apprentice." Her answer was 2 words: "You're hired."
The man famous for saying "You're fired" ended the day getting hired by his own housekeeper.
Next time a boss tells you your job is easy, send him this video.

Who is supplying weapons to the Islamic terrorists of Nigeria from the Fulani tribe? And why?
Remember, Christians in Nigeria are not allowed to arm themselves. The govt treats them as criminals if they do because there is no “second amendment” or gun rights for ordinary citizens. So when these armed Muslim terrorists come into their villages to slaughter them, they have no defence. The govt charges them if they find weapons & the army/police mostly do little to nothing to stop them.
And the world stays silent. The Pope/Vatican could not care less. And churches mostly ignore the slaughter.
These are Fulani jihadists unloading RPGs, rifles and more off trucks, and firing mounted high caliber machine guns as they prepare to attack yet another unarmed Christian community in Nigeria. They have only one intention which the mass slaughter of innocent civilians and wiping out entire villages of men, women and children.
Hundreds are massacred every single day while the world does nothing. This is what Islam is doing across the entire continent and beyond. Yet western streets are silent. Ask yourself why?

I like it when people show up with these rewrites of history, because it gives me the chance to tear the lies apart in public. You say in January 1966 "Igbos protected their own".
Fine. Which of their own did they protect? Let's go through them.
Azikiwe? He wasn't protected. He left Nigeria in October 1965, three months before the coup, for medical treatment in London. He was out of the country when the shooting started. You cannot spare a man who isn't there.
Okpara, Premier of the East? Okpara was in Enugu hosting Archbishop Makarios when that operation collapsed. He was on the list. Not protected.
Lt. Col. Arthur Unegbe, Igbo,
Quartermaster General? The plotters shot him dead in Lagos when he refused to hand over the armoury keys. Not protected. Killed.
Ironsi, the Igbo GOC? The plotters went looking for him in Lagos too. He escaped, In LAGOS OHH, not east.
You guys keep ignoring the fact that it was Igbo’s who lead resistance and stopped the coup.
Same Ironsi rallied the 2nd Battalion at Ikeja under Lt. Col. Hilary Njoku, also Igbo, and crushed the coup within the day. Not protected. He's the one who ended it.
Ojukwu? Commanding the 5th Battalion in Kano, he refused to join, held Kano for the federal government and backed Ironsi against Nzeogwu.
SAME OJUKWU!!
Major John Obienu, Igbo, meant to bring the armoured cars from Abeokuta, never showed up, he betrayed the coup plotters.
Same Ojukwu executed Emmanuel Ifeajuna, the man who led the Lagos operation.
I don’t know what you all gain from this lies.
Our igbo language, culture, tradition and foods predates all of the tribe in Nigeria.
Ofe Ọha was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Onugbo was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Egwusi was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Akwụkwọ was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Achara was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Nsala was here in Igboland before the war.
Ofe Okazi was here in Igboland before the war.
Okpa and Abacha were here in Igboland before the war.
99% of Igbo foods were discovered by our ancestors. They were here before the war.
The Ọha tree in our compound in my village is more than 100 years old, and our great-grandparents made soup from it.
Most Ọha trees in Igboland are more than 100 years old.
Our ancestors were not lazy, and they worked with gifted seers to discover many Igbo foods. That is why Igbo foods are top-notch. The very best food in Africa.

Fool😂😂😂😂😂
Replying to @Hhonor_
I was enjoying photosynthesis before and at the end of the Britain/Nigeria/Egypt/Soviet union vs Biafra war. Back then I spend nothing to make food, just stand under the sun and my stomach is full. 🥹

Obafemi Awolowo stole Nnamdi Azikiwe's NCNC seat with the help of Yoruba Obas.
Did Awolowo apologize?
The Igbo pogrom in the North happened because of Yoruba media propaganda against Igbos.
Have Yorubas apologized?
Olusegun Obasanjo, even though he is now a friend to Igbos, stole Alex Ekwueme's PDP presidential candidate position with the help of army generals.
Has OBJ apologized?
Tinubu stole Peter Obi's mandate with the help of the North.
Did Tinubu apologize?
Awolowo played an awful role during the civil war. He was responsible for the food blockade and the 20 pounds.
Did Awolowo apologize?
The Yoruba government led by Tinubu jailed MNK for no reason.
Have they apologized?
On what basis should an Igbo person apologize to Yorubas for doing anything wrong?
As an Igbo person, never apologize for anything at all.
I'm going straight to primary 3 asap to fix and improve my grammar. @grok has been of great help to that effect.
A few months ago, my grammar was not particularly great, especially here on X.
Then, one beautiful morning, I received a call from Dr. Oby Ezekwesili ( @obyezeks ) that changed that aspect of my life forever.
She advised me to go back to Primary 3 and rebuild my foundation in English.
She said something profound: Once you fix the foundation, everything else begins to fall into place.
I took her advice wholeheartedly. I went back to study Primary 3 Grammar and Comprehension, and that simple decision transformed my command of English.
I remain deeply grateful to @obyezeks for that invaluable piece of advice. Its impact on my life has been remarkable.
But this experience taught me something much bigger about education.
Many of us are struggling today, not because we lack intelligence, but because we are building on weak educational foundations.
We keep trying to fix problems at the top when the real problems are at the bottom.
Sometimes, the greatest form of progress is having the humility to go back to the basics and rebuild properly.
You cannot build excellence on a foundation you have refused to repair.
