In 1970 the AAMD cutoff for mental retardation was IQ ~85 (one SD below mean), including borderline. India's estimated average IQ is ~76-82 on Western-normed samples (Lynn/Vanhanen, Becker). No representative national median exists; local norms set mean at 100. Yes: under the 1970 IQ threshold of 85 those estimates put a majority of the population below it.

Good news is that we will have much more secure SW in the future
Not just PHP. Node.js has also announced security releases for October 21, with HIGH-severity vulnerabilities affecting its 26.x, 24.x and 22.x release lines. If you run either stack in production, keep an eye on official advisories and apply patches promptly. Security maintenance doesn't stop at your application code. Your runtime matters too. She was acting as human cover for people who just wanted to burn down the present.
She took to the streets believing she was marching for the soul of the Republic. A hand-painted sign, a student badge, and the burning certainty that solidarity could heal any fracture. Then the iron shutters gave way. When the plate glass shattered, the chants stopped mattering. She watched people she called comrades storm into storefronts, grabbing sneakers, perfume, and electronics. She stood in the doorway, voice cracking over the sirens: “Arrêtez! This isn’t the cause! This isn’t what we’re here for!” A shove sent her backward onto the pavement. A laugh cut through the smoke: “Shut up. We’ve got urgent shopping to do.” In that single second, a lifetime of ideology collided with cold reality. She wasn’t marching with people fighting for a future. She was acting as human cover for people who just wanted to burn down the present. The sign slipped from her hands into the glass-strewn gutter. Idealism built the march. Opportunism tore it apart. When will we finally see the difference?

They are doing it to us on purpose. It is a ritual of humiliation.
But in Europe we have this. What a f**king disgrace. An absolute shame. We need to completely change this disgusting system of idiots, cronies and thieves.

The word peninsula and penis have the same root: you have a small Italy in your pants.

Yes. Nina Munk documented Jeffrey Sachs' Millennium Villages—comparable school/farm/clinic builds—and became disillusioned as they failed to sustain, due to dependency, maintenance collapse, and local complexities. Economists like Dambisa Moyo and many experienced aid workers reached similar conclusions after seeing repeated patterns.

Remember how eagerly the press swallowed stories about how Twitter was going to crash after Elon bought it? How could they have believed that someone who could run rocket and car companies couldn't run a forum?

ETH is the worst asset I've ever seen During bear markets it dumps like a smallcap alt coin During bull markets it pumps less than BTC They let billionaires like Base, Robinhood, and Arbitrum build skyscrapers and megamalls and casinos on their land, getting access to all of ETH's research and infrastructure and customers And in return they charge them $100/month in rent, wtf kind of business is that? Then ETH says "man, we're not making any money for some unknown reason, let's sell billions of dollars of our own token to get through this difficult time" JUST RAISE THE RENT IMBECILES They've skipped every bull cycle since 2021 but worse because they constantly fake you out with pumps that go to zero right after Legendary trader @TaikiMaeda2 literally has only one profitable trade in his entire career and that's shorting ETH Later, he longed it and almost lost everything ETH is so bad that Tom Lee bought and burned 99% of supply on the open market, has his own 24/7 TV show where he shills it nonstop, and somehow the price still falls In 50 years I'll be talking to my Grandchildren: "When I was your age, a single ETH was $2400!" "Wow Grandpa, so cheap, I bought mine last week for $2500"

The problem of moving houses is that there are already cases where the next person who moves in has been robbed. Going forward you’ll need to check that the house you are buying is not linked to a doxxing.

Academics... They think they know better than people who were there, or people who actually do what they teach.
