Earlier this year, I didn’t know what a terminal was. My day job is COO at a marketing agency. I understood the workflows, the reporting headaches and what our team needed. Building the software myself wasn’t exactly part of the plan.

2:20 PM: I asked @theo why double-clicking inline code in T3 Code only selects half of migration-gate 8:30 PM: the fix shipped in the nightly 6 hours and 10 minutes from complaint to release, and no human wrote a line of code. Here's the timeline 🧵
btw this merged with zero intervention from me 🫡 agents are so cool

Zeke's reporting code was taking appointment counts from ad-platform data. I changed it to use reviewed CRM outcomes for bookings and sales. If I'm showing someone a booking, I want the record behind it. Day 23/100.

Next I added separate states for missing, stale and partial data. A connected account could still have nothing useful to report. For your own automation, ask the AI what happens when an input is missing. Does it stop, flag it or quietly keep going?

Imagine not being open sourced in 2027. This is the future. Ask for feature > Response in minutes > Watch it get deployed live. What a world. @theo GG

Never related to a post more in my short tenure on this account lol
very weird thing happening rn technical people are sad, they think their skills are now useless non-technical people are desperately wishing they were more technical so they could use agents better

I'm just sort of a dev sharing ideas with people far ahead on their journey. The past 6 months has literally changed my life and work in every way. TY @theo
The future is wild

Looks so clean in a thread. 😍
Added this thing a while back and never really thought it was that big of a deal so didn’t really announce it but people seems to really like it :)

Wow. @theo What this new sneaky secret update?!

These resets were a bandaid. Not a fix. The next model / release before the end of the month will take a massive swing at making up the ground on Opus5.5. Question is, will it? And for how long with Fable5.5 also coming before the end of the month?
GPT Pro is going from 20x to 10x usage in 2 days.. Does anybody give a flying fuck if we get more resets for Codex? 🤔😂

By early May, Zeke had checkout, a guided demo and an owner dashboard. I kept expanding what it could do. By May 13, I'd narrowed the website around client reporting. The build was getting bigger. The offer needed to get smaller. Day 22/100.

The offer became: turn messy agency reporting inputs into a useful client report. Still an unlaunched prototype with sample data in the demo. Try explaining your build without listing its features. What job would someone actually come to you for?

This is really what I thought they would be using and just improving and iterating on with some more Proactive style of pushing things along like Grok Bot does, but this whole seperate app feels like the ball was dropped.. Got "normie" app written all over it and I haven't even tried it yet.
Claude Code Projects is Duet except you get to pick the model and you can specify if you want to run a Claude code session on your computer. It’s coordinator that can do ANYTHING. And it’s easy to do things in parallel. Claude Code projects is the best feature in the Claude App. Very underrated. Claude Duet is clearly not using Opus 5.5 for all requests. And once you go Opus 5.5 anything worse is intolerable.

The fact that Opus 5.5 can control and orchestrate Sol and Terra sub agents better than Astra is a concerning truth.

This took way too long
BREAKING You can NOW ADD MULTIPLE accounts within a connector on Claude. This means: -> Multiple Gmail accounts -> Multiple Calendars Honestly, the most requested piece of feedback over the past 6 months. I'm so happy.

By late April, Zeke had plenty of screens. I wanted one complete path from setting up a client to producing their monthly report. That became the next week's build: setup, data, recommendations and a branded PDF. Day 21/100.

The reporting code pulled stored metrics, calculated totals, added a summary, applied agency branding and generated a PDF. The summary ran on Claude, so thank you @AnthropicAI. There was a fallback when live AI was off. Still a prototype. I hadn't launched Zeke.

Running operations meant I already knew the work a report had to support. My brief rule: start with the person and the job. Walk through every step, including what happens when the data is missing. What's the first thing you put in a build brief?
