General market weakness + arb sellers likely weighing on $CCXI near term. Thank you for the opportunity in the low $12's / high $11's to back up the truck.

Pretty darn relevant to ZincFive $SPKL I must say
Replying to @chamath
Last thought: The liquidated damages clauses of the contracts between neoclouds and their offtakers will be the final boss battle. If you don’t have experience building highly available compute, you will have outages that stress your uptime commitments. If you can’t remedy them, your offtaker will be extremely punitive. Terms that look good on paper now starts to shrivel under the LD terms of offtaker contracts. You’re already starting to see a few of these blow up - you lose your IG wrapper, a big hyperscaler dumps you etc etc. So anyone in the data center game needs to ultimately be excellent at management/uptime/maintenance. If you’re not, you may wilt when you inevitably have to manage some moment of downtime.

Yeah. I find X pretty miserable to be on when market is in the state it’s currently in. Opportunities will come again. Will be mentally fresh and ready to capitalize.
The market wants to exhaust you to the point where you stop paying attention or lose interest entirely. Then when your mental and financial capital are completely drained and you’ve finally had enough, it’ll bottom. This is the game.

$AGLT (Agility Robotics) has cleared SEC review for public listing through $CCXI If you want an estimate timeline: ~Oct 13 (today): SEC S-4 declared effective ~Nov 2nd (shareholder vote): for merger approval ~November: Merger closing and ticker goes live for trading. Company’s official statement was: “The business combination remains subject to approval by Churchill XI shareholders and other customary closing conditions, and is expected to close in November 2026.” So likely less than a month away for the first pure play US humanoid company to go live!
One step closer to Nasdaq: the SEC has declared effective our Form S-4 for the proposed business combination with Churchill Capital Corp XI (Nasdaq: CCXI). Expected ticker: AGLT Read the announcement: agilityrobotics.com/content/…

$CCXI: Agility’s CEO is on the board of BlackRock and sits across the table from Larry Fink yet people are debating the first US humanoid pure-play trading a buck above NAV. Something’s gotta give eventually…

Very impressed with Agility CTO Jonathan Hurst. With highly technical companies, you’re ultimately betting on a small group of exceptional people to solve problems others can’t. $CCXI

$CCXI Agility CEO Peggy Johnson just joined Project Meridian alongside Elon Musk and Palmer Luckey, a U.S. defense initiative looking 10–20 years ahead. Agility is explicitly highlighting humanoids for military logistics. prnewswire.com/news-releases…

One thing is for sure: Private capital is pricing the possibility that robotics foundation models become a major AI platform layer. We now have private investors valuing: ~$10B FieldAI ~$11B Physical Intelligence ~$14B Skild
Scoop: robotics startup FieldAI has raised $700 million at a $10 billion valuation, according to a person familiar with the deal, more than quadrupling its valuation in just over a year. The round brings FieldAI's valuation closer to its competitors, including Physical Intelligence, valued at roughly $11 billion, and Skild AI, valued at more than $14 billion. 🎁 link below

We are releasing Dyna-2.1, the first Physical Agent that achieves reliable super long-horizon whole-body autonomy. It combines our brand-new semi-humanoid hardware with an agentic system built around Dyna-2 to handle ultra-long real-world workflows. Here is an uncut footage of Dyna-2.1 completing an entire hour-long laundry room workflow, just like a human does.

FWIW, think the algo’s picked up “Agile” and associated it with @agilityrobotics. If showing up at a conference pops the stock 5%…. Imagine what a real PR would do. $CCXI

Anthropic is slowing down and cares so much about safety that they’re only spending $518B on AI infrastructure over the next few years. Compute, memory, GPUs, etc. demand is only accelerating. Not slowing down. Watch what they do. Not what they say.
