The left have wasted the last week moaning about enrolment deadlines and defending MPs campaigning with gangs. xitter.cf/RichardHills_/status/2…
You gotta be kidding me. This is the guy who said the point of banning enrolment in the two weeks before an election was to reduce special votes and speed up processing time. Goldsmith spoke at lengths on this. Yet he chooses to vote outside the electorate he votes in?

Sprinkler man begins to lay the groundwork for @nzlabour ‘s why we lost strategy. Expect more of this from the left and the msm in the weeks ahead.
I always vote on the first day. Today is the first day of voting so I went to the Wainuiomata advance voting place at the hall. It is closed. A disgrace. Along with early roll closing it is looking like the voter suppression you expect from Trump or Hungary not here in Aotearoa.

Replying to @AlboMP
You distributed a dirt file on her. You spread hatred of your enemies on state funded media and social media. And now you’re blaming social media so you can censor it.
Huh. A "dirt sheet" sure looks a lot like "hate speech." @AlboMP wouldn't want to have to censor that kind of thing now would he

Indeed
I find it almost incomprehensible that @tvnz or any other media are entertaining the thought that changes to enrolment laws or vote splitting might make the election result illegitimate. This is cooker level bullshit and entertaining those who make such claims is unprofessional and partisan.

No-side can critise this behavior. Its what our politics has largely become. There's no vision or values anymore its all how to "buy" a few more votes. Most of it decided by social algorithms.
INSANE... Labour are trying to buy your vote with an iPhone... Labour's Waiariki candidate Toni Boynton is trying to lure voters to her Labour stall to enroll to vote by promising to take the paperwork away and submit it and put people in the draw to win an iPhone. Clear example of treating to get votes...

Our monetary, currency, and exchange rate policies represent the final section of our manifesto for the 2026 election. We are proposing a decisive break with neoliberal economics, putting full employment, productive investment, and rising living standards at the heart of policy.

Anyone with even a limited understanding of our Healthcare system knew the free doctors visits wasn't possible. Its amazing what the public will believe when its fed to them by the media.
Labour promise 3 free Doctors visits. Now the truth, 3 free visits to a medical centre as there is a shortage of Doctors. yet this is the sane Labour that opposed building a new medical school at Waikato uni! Daft!
