& i think the writer was SO SMART for giving him this route to healing bcs hes a character who has sought validation ALL his life. just from very limited ppl which narrowed his perspective of his own influence on others. when he gets that from commonfolk, it drives PURPOSE.

this is the type of thing that causes a level of insecurity you cant get over in just 3 years. i think a reason why he "doesnt want to be remembered by his name anymore" while playing for small communities also stems from this. he thinks he is poison he wants his music to be pure
