have you ever read something so beautifully written that you lowkey get jealous of the author's writing skills? it's like you wish you had a way with words just like them.

Simmers are such an isolated game community and sometimes it shows. Many simmers don't play any other games with a strong modding presence and genuinely don't get that this isn't how it normally works at all. People make whole DLCs, remake full games, as passion projects for free

I started gaming during the 90s and the birth of 3D gaming where we could literally see all the triangles, and we just played the games and got immersed in them, and once you're immersed, the graphics don't really matter beyond a certain point of communicating what's happening.

people prepared for the typhoon. but we could not prepare for overflowing rivers that were allowed to swell because of negligence and greed. when funds for drainage, early warning systems, and evacuation centers disappear into the pockets of corrupt politicians, the price is paid in human lives and flooded homes. this isn’t just mismanagement, this is crime. this is injustice. let's us demand audits, independent investigations, and real prosecutions. #TinoPH

Guys, CEBU IS NOT OKAY. We’re not okay in Cebu. SPREAD THE WORD! We’re still flooded. Many lost their homes. Many areas don’t have electricity yet and signal. Northern Cebu is still recovering, and then here’s another one. SPREAD THE WORD!

I dont get why you want to generalise Japanese Literature as only cat books, cafe, healing etc just bcus you saw it as limited, one dimensional when it offered so much more. One post doesn't showcase the genre as a whole. If u want other recs, here u go
