Lot of differing takes out there on Lane Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for LSU, but one that is false is that he was getting a big raise to go to LSU. Ole Miss was prepared to pay him just as much and was also going to put together a similar financial package to help build a roster.

Amazingly all five quarterbacks selected in 1st three rounds of NFL Draft have not had their college numbers retired
