You know it’s going to be a great day when #thegoat @wch33 stops by for a visit! I know his time with ABSS is coming to an end, but I pray this is not the last time I see him in my room. Thank you Dr. Harrison for being visible & taking the time to build relationships with staff!

So excited to be spending the week in Ocracoke at @NCCATNews !

Had a wonderful time at the TLA Reunion! It was nice seeing so many teacher friends & hearing how we can “lead from our seats” to improve ABSS. @wch33 your leadership will be missed more than you know! I’m looking forward to “hitting reset” but it won’t be the same without you.

What do you do when the power goes out? Complete your phonics lesson outside with sidewalk chalk. #wevegotthis

Coach White has this grass looking like a professional field! 🏟️⚾️ Just heard a guy say “man this school has turf” 🤣 @wah_baseball

This baseball loving teacher celebrated #JackieRobinsonDay by reviewing main topic with this great @epic4kids text. We have tons of baseball themed activities planned for this week, including a visit from a former World Series Champion. ⚾️🏟️🧢

Today we reviewed tapping and blending CVC words while learning to code with our Code N Go Mice! @myAOfamily #kinderscancode #StudentCenteredFutureFocused

The @wah_baseball team is having a Nothing Bundt Cakes fundraiser this week. Mention the Warriors and 20% of your purchase will benefit the team.

Kindergartners can do amazing things! Today was football Friday and to celebrate, we completed our first digital breakout. Seeing students work together and cheer each other on was best part! 🏈📣👏🏻 #StudentCenteredFutureFocused

We’re so CREEPY! @ABSSPublic @myAOfamily #creepypairofunderwear #creepycrayon

Thank you @BJackson_Coach for sharing this awesome resource! My kindergarteners have mastered the basics of CHROMEBOOKS thanks to you! #kinderscan

Had the best time working concessions at the Elon game tonight. These young men worked their butts off to earn money for the baseball team and I couldn’t be more proud of how well they represented their school. @We_Are_WA @wah_baseball

We’re ready for the game! #GoHalos

If teaching doesn’t work out for me I definitely think I should be a color thrower at Color Runs! Today’s AO Fun Run was SOOOOOO FUN! @myAOfamily

Today was DINO day! We dug for fossils to review Fundations, reviewed RI 2.5 with a book about dinosaurs, & reviewed nonstandard measurement. We also made ate “dino dirt” for snack, watched a 360degree video about dinosaurs and completed a dino research project. @myAOfamily 🦖🦕

It’s a CIRCUS in here today! 🤡🎪🤹‍♀️
