Great interview with @garyvee @ThatDesh! I Love how you contextualised the interview with him to the South African 🇿🇦 context. It’s amazing 🤩 . Definitely South Africa to the world. 🌍 Truly inspired. Loved the interview.

At long last - WE are back. The journey from my last album to this album has been a whirlwind to say the least. I recall sitting & staring over the ocean not too long ago, wondering if I could get here again, after all I’ve been through… but with your love & support, we made it.

One of my goals for this year is to read more books by South Asian writers, so I've started a spreadsheet here of books I've had on my list + recs I've been given. Let me know if there are more I should add! docs.google.com/spreadsheets…

Rest in power, Dr. Frene Ginwala ✊🏾 You embodied, with grace, the hope & promise of our "post-apartheid" future. A brave new world that you fought for. Our sari-clad, feminist, activist, founding speaker of South Africa’s first democratic Parliament 🇿🇦 A different time.
