My 2025 Game of the Year and just a stunning RPG that may wind up my favorite RPG ever. I love the combat, the world, and the characters.
This isn’t kindness and sympathy, it’s virtue signaling that sets that person up to harm others. If that person reoffends and hurts someone all Bennnny did was get blood on his own hands
A lot of people around me in my life are having great things happen for them in their personal lives
I don’t begrudge any of them that and I’m truly happy for them
I do wish though… that for once something good could happen to me in that area

I think Terry works because they
1) didn't make Batman less capable to make room for a new guy, he grew old
2) Bruce is his mentor/handler
3) Terry isn't just instantly great, he's flawed & has to improve
4) It's far enough in the future for him to have his own rogues gallery

As a professional league this is an embarrassment and the executives need to get their shit together. The WNBA has had more buzz than the ever and this kind of thing can kill that
There will definitively be a Game 6 of the WNBA Finals in Atlanta. But nobody knows yet where or even when the game will be played despite a furious round of negotiations spilling into Sunday between the WNBA, NBA, Valkyries, Dream and Atlanta Hawks, sources told ESPN.

I can criticize BioWare all I want because I was there.
I was there for Dragon Age: Origins, the game that introduced me to RPGs and remains my favorite game to this day. I was there for Mass Effect, where I fell in love with Shepard. I was there for Dragon Age 2, and I vividly remember the disappointment of it feeling more like Mass Effect than Dragon Age. But I stuck around for the writing and because it was made by the people who gave me a game I loved.
I was there for Mass Effect 3 and its lackluster ending. I was there for Inquisition, watching devs leave the studio in droves, feeling that pit in my stomach but desperately wanting to be wrong.
I was there for the Dreadwolf teaser. One minute of practically nothing, and I still wanted so badly to believe BioWare was coming back with something great.
And I was there ten years later, watching the first Veilguard trailer and realizing the IP I loved was dead.
So don't fucking tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I watched this studio go from making some of my favorite games of all time to this. I have every right to criticize what it's become.
