Ambulances ๐ queuing up outside hospitals isnโt an ambulance issue or an Emergency Department issue. Itโs a social care workforce issue. We donโt pay our amazing carers enough. Whatever brilliant 5 Year strategies ICSs write, failure to address this will result in no change.
