Our success rate is 100% for clients who show up and commit strictly to the process. I can say that confidently because of the sheer rigor of our workflows. We spent years refining the system and stripping out the industry BS. Client messages from the last couple of weeks. None of them asked for. We’ve helped people navigate complex conditions like type 1, 2 & 3 diabetes, IBS, CKD, eczema, pancreatitis, PCOS, endometriosis, post-kidney transplant recovery, post-oncology recovery, pregnancy & postpartum… and the list goes on. No fluff, no unnecessary supplements, no dismissing clinical medicine. Just foundational, evidence-based science applied to human physiology. A performance and function first protocol that works alongside your medical treatment. We make capable, strong humans. Inside out.

Few people seem to grasp the brilliance of @mutant1879 😧
In an argument on Twitter, never post the h-index of a scientist. It’s gameable. Peter Higgs, the physicist and Nobel laureate with such massive global impact, had an h-index of only 12. Does that make him lesser than anyone? Many scientists who pursue high-risk, paradigm-shifting breakthroughs over decades, or mathematicians who solve a single monumental problem and publish sparsely, often have h-indices nowhere near those of lab directors who put their name on every paper their lab churns out. The h-index is a vanity metric. Modern academia operates under Goodhart’s Law. The biggest problem is that the metric rewards incremental, risk-averse volume over high-risk, paradigm-shifting inquiry. Don’t conflate output volume with intellectual depth. The h-index is comparable to a social media following.

If I could, I would eat either Salmon or Lamb everyday. Today's special is Salmon Hummus Bowl Salmon is air-fried with some basic spices and teriyaki sauce. It is paired with a basic salad made with Broccoli and Apple. And the hummus offers a creamy base, is a good fiber source and some protein. It binds everything together.

If you open the @FreeGymAI app today, there is only value for FREE to gain. If you are serious about improving your health, you must be there. You can post your workout video and get this level of analysis. Front squat analysis You’re going deep on every rep, your knees stay wide, and your feet stay flat. That’s a solid base. The one thing to work on: your hips come up before your chest does. Coming out of the bottom, your hips get ahead of the bar and your chest tips forward, and your elbows come down with it. With the bar in front of you, that pulls you forward. If your elbows keep dropping, the bar can roll off your shoulders and onto your wrists. The same thing from your goblet squats is here too. You lose your tension at the bottom. You sit there for most of a second and your brace lets go. The bottom is where your hips and lower back need the most support, so stay tight there and keep the load on your muscles.

Step 1 of your fat loss journey is blood marker testing. Bookmark this. 1. Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential 2. Thyroid Panel: TSH, Free T4, Free T3 3. Liver Function Test (LFT) Panel 4. Kidney Function Test (KFT/RFT) Panel (including eGFR) 5. Lipid Profile (Fasting Required) + APOB ( ask for this specifically) 6. Iron Studies: Serum Iron, Ferritin, TIBC, Transferrin Saturation 7. Blood Sugar Markers: Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG - Fasting Required) 8. Fasting Insulin 9. Vitamins: Vitamin D (25-OH), Vitamin B12 10. Hormone Panel Male: Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, SHBG 11. Genetic test : Lp (a) done once in life. Few test more to understand risk of metabolic syndrome: 1. waist circumference > 90 cm in males 2. blood pressure > 130/85

Here’s why no doctor should recommend consumer wearables in public in a blanket way, as @theliverdoc did (one argument of several, to keep this short). The sensor picks up a noisy optical signal. The algorithm can discard beats it doesn’t trust and fill the gaps. Smoothing can pull the result towards what’s typical. For something like VO2 max, a model trained on other people turns that into a parameter. For recovery, a scoring layer squashes it into a neat range. Each step can discard individual information, add model assumptions, and pull the estimate towards population norms. Companies don’t disclose the details, so you can’t check it. By the end, the apparent precision can far exceed what the original signal justifies. It’s a model’s output that your signal fed into, and calling it “your VO2 max” or “your recovery” is misleading. So “choose this device for recovery tracking” isn’t advice a doctor should give to everyone.
To the people disparaging the Indian medical community, please note that we, me included, are not against technological solutions towards improved preventative care. In fact, preventative care is is the heart of medical science. But, let us not confuse fradulently selling preventive care from selling objectively verified actionable preventive care. Deepinder, who owns Temple and has already started taking pre-orders from customers for the device has taken the name of other wearables and claimed that his process was also the due process followed before Whoop, Apple, Fitbit etc.. were also marketed. This is a BLATANT LIE. Rob Mohr (Lead Physician on Temple) and Avi Roy (Science Lead on Temple) have both being running around with their tails on fire like rats jumping of an exploding ship on Instagram and Twitter. They have provided zero evidence to Temple device claims on their website. Deepinder himself claims that other wearables in the market published data after release. Total nonsense. The Apple Watch Series 11 and Fitbit Sense had the strongest pre-launch clinical evidence. Before shipping ECG tools, Apple and Fitbit passed multi-site clinical trials for FDA clearance. The Fitbit Sense 2 and Apple Watch Series 11 42mm also built on 400,000-person heart studies before launch. The Fitbit Sense 2, Fitbit Sense Black, and Fitbit Sense Lunar White/Soft Gold combine FDA-cleared ECG with cEDA sweat sensing. Similarly, the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Classic and Samsung Galaxy Watch9 passed FDA sleep apnea trials before release. Meanwhile, the Oura Ring 4 and Whoop 4.0 launched as wellness trackers backed by peer-reviewed sleep studies. Their skin temperature sensors power FDA-cleared Natural Cycles (K202897) fertility software. Even basic models like the Apple Watch SE 3 and Apple Watch SE use validated optical heart algorithms...all of which are... ...UNLIKE Temple. By contrast, Temple opened ₹85,000 pre-orders with zero regulatory approvals and no peer-reviewed papers. It's only backed by company's internal, not validated, non-peer reviewed, not conclusive, statistically misinterpreted preprints on 23 adults and 44 young men. Choose the WHOOP 4.0 or Oura Ring 4 if you want screenless overnight heart rate variability and recovery tracking. Pick the Apple Watch Series 11 or Samsung Galaxy Watch8 for FDA-cleared cardiac and sleep apnea alerts. Treat Temple as an unverified wellness gadget until peer-reviewed clinical trials prove its brain flow claims. Initial studies already prove it has nothing to with the brain function. PRE-ORDERS MUST BE HALTED AS THIS IS UNETHICAL, IMMORAL. Deepinder's science team for science is as good as Taliban's education ministry is for womens education. Temple as a device for brain flow monitroing is as useful as a bikini on the mackerel. Deepinder is a businessman. He has already entered the realm on andhbhakts and right wing nationalist with his plastic device "that does nothing" to help boost pre-sales. I dont mind this. The device does not track brain activity and in any case and thats ok with the andbhakts supporting him and the ones abusing me under my posts. But Deepinder taking a U-turn and calling a supposed brain function tracking device as "fitness tracker" also is a scam because it has not been proven to be a fitness tracker too. People can stick a nice looking Lego piece on their foreheads and it would still function as good as Temple does now. Now its time for the founder to rage 😘😘😘 or better, stop shipping a junk product.

Dr. Neha is one of the most scientific and evidenced driven coaches out there. Highly recommended.
Prajakta trained with us for almost a year, and I love that this is what stayed with her. Her ferritin improved, her TG/HDL ratio came in below 1. A lot of people quit in the weeks the scale doesn't move, while their reports are getting better. Coaching link in bio.

Did what I could on a Friday and @FreeGymAI is always there. Eureka engine gave me exact numbers on my saturated fat consumption. I took care to eat mindfully in the evening and prevented myself from eating extra ghee and tel thinking "Ghar ka hi to khana hai"

There are two ways to hurt science. The first is to bend the evidence. The reward is usually money, and it’s easy to catch. Follow the money. The first is obvious to science literates. The second is to be vile. The reward is attention and personal branding. The second fools science literates too, because it looks like it’s on their side. You need to be smarter to spot this. And because it’s social and psychological, it can drive someone who sincerely believes they’re just defending science. They may not even see the pull themselves. The first damages what people believe. The second damages how people feel about science, and so whether they’ll listen at all.
Things I’ve learned from the entire Deepi vs Medical community lafda - Scientific temperament who that 🤔 - Logical fallacies ftw 💪🏻 - Emotional appeals rock 😍 - Right questions, asked like vile assholes fall only on deaf ears ⚡️ - Very few people actually the science but those don’t traction on X 😵‍💫

Been told you're prediabetic? Do you know where you actually sit in that range? 5.7 and 6.4 get the same label. But they are nowhere near the same situation. I've explained it in this video.

I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a technologist. I'm an innovator. And the reason @deepigoyal didn't get my support in this case is that I can understand the claims and evaluate the evidence presented in the preprints they posted. He's only getting support from people who either can't make sense of the preprints or have some stake in defending him. Trust me, no innovation was harmed in this particular case.

As AI gets better at real biology, the longevity bullshit is going to get 10 times worse. Expect a flood of over-engineered wearables, whole-body scans, unproven supplements, thousand-marker blood panels, and fancy longevity clinics built entirely on vibes. But the basics will always be unglamorous. The person who actually wins at longevity will always be the one who locks in the non-negotiables. The one building absolute physical capability across strength, speed, agility, endurance, and reaction time. The one prioritizing high-quality nutrition ditching the junk and ignoring the fads. The one religiously protecting their sleep, regulating their nervous system, and keeping deep human connections. Physiology remains undefeated. You can buy all the biohacking fluff if you have money to burn. But you can't buy the grunt work. You have to actually do it.

My startup @FreeGymAI cuts through the noise and provides detailed form check from our computer vision model. Everyone is welcome to post their workout video on FreeGym. Join the most rigorous, scientific and evidence driven health social network. @nextnerddoor welcome to FreeGym! Pull up breakdown. Your arms go fully long at the bottom of every rep, and eye level is a fine place to stop in your doorway. Keep both. Your last rep was also your best, so you can already do this better. Here’s what will get your back working: 1. Bring your shoulder blades down before your elbows bend. Right now your elbows bend from the first moment and do most of the pulling, while your shoulder blades don’t drive down. Your lats are what pull your blades down, so when the blades stay put, your back does less and your arms tire first. At the end of each lowering, let your shoulders rise. Then bring your blades down, and then bend your elbows. 2. Keep your abs on. Your core isn’t switched on during the pull. Bent knees are fine in a doorway, and you can still brace with them bent. Keep your ribs down and your pelvis tucked, so your body stays one firm piece as you pull.
