Former Valve dev Chet Faliszek has fired back at Epic CEO Tim Sweeney over his latest attacks on Steam. Sweeney claims Valve is holding PC gaming back and criticizes Steam’s AI disclosure rules. Faliszek argues that these disclosures help players make informed decisions: “You’re just treating players like they’re stupid.” He also points out that Epic’s own Fab marketplace uses AI disclosures. And his response to Sweeney? Put Alan Wake 2 on Steam if you’re really that pro-consumer.

Legitimately one of the worst parts of the game. They did a terrible job with the writing of Mia, she is both the primary villain of the game and also the person that you are meant to be saving but she isn't really ever redeemed just treated as if she was.
