The biggest contradiction in history is the wealthiest guy to ever exist to claim he wants to help humanity for 20 years and then switching to “humanity is just a bootloader for artificial intelligence”
When Chris Anderson asked Elon Musk what drives him every single day to do everything he does, Elon gave an incredibly deep and powerful answer
“I really want to make sure that there is a good future for humanity, and that we're on a path to understanding the nature of the universe, the meaning of life. Why are we here? How do we get here?”
And then he explained what motivates him more than anything:
“I'm motivated by curiosity more than anything, and just a desire to think about the future and not be sad”
you cannot have a sensible debate if person A has a zero sum mindset and person B an abundance mindset

Unpopular opinion; No one - literally not a soul - actually enjoys the taste of beer. Not a single human. Those who claim to enjoy beer, don’t actually. It’s really just a social ritual, a form of self deception… the impact of decades of stacked marketing to convince you that beer is anything but an alcohol delivery mechanism. You can enjoy getting sloshed. You can enjoy the social liberation that alcohol offers. You can enjoy the party. But don’t act like you actually like the taste of beer. You don’t. You might think you do. But you don’t. Because it tastes like it looks: bitter dehydrated piss, with bubbles. In the case of Guinness, like diarrhea, with bubbles. And you know it.
