The media are repeatedly pilloried for not referring to people being charged with statutory rape.
We can't report on an offense that doesn't exist in J'can law. It sounds weird I know but in Ja the offense is literally called having sexual intercourse with a person under 16
Entertainer and popular social media blogger Pops YG has been charged with having sex with a person under the age of 16.

Laurence Fishburne's daughter Montana was 19 when she made a porn film. She said she was paid $25,000. Her father's friends offered $1 million to make it disappear.
They were too late. The DVDs had shipped, and the title on the cover carried his last name: "Montana Fishburne."
In the video below, she sits down with HLN. The host asks if she realizes that putting her last name on the cover reflects on her dad, Morpheus in The Matrix.
"It's my name also, and we are two separate people."
Vivid's Steve Hirsch told TMZ the first shipment sold out across the country, more than 25,000 copies, and that Vivid was offering her a multi-picture deal.
She grew up with "the best of the best: private schools, traveling all over the world," she told The Hollywood Reporter. By then she had moved out of her father's multimillion-dollar Hollywood Hills home.
The host calls Hollywood "one of the most nepotistic places on earth" and asks why not go that route.
"I've thought about it, but my passion is with this porn."
Her model was Kim Kardashian, whose tape Vivid also released. "Kim, she's beautiful, she has the world at her feet, and I hope to too."
Reports said Montana made upwards of $250,000. She wouldn't confirm it: "I made some money. It's keeping me in the place I live."
On HLN she says she hasn't heard from her father. "I'm not going to let hurting his feelings stop me from living my dream." Later she told The Hollywood Reporter he said he was embarrassed by her.
The case for Montana: she was an adult, and as she told VIBE, "there are hundreds of women in porn and they all have fathers." The case against: Vivid sold it under his last name.
Was Montana Fishburne cashing in on her own name, or on her father's?

Tarantino is a shallow, juvenile fetishist. He uses his considerable talent to obsessively recreate the teenage grindhouse experiences he’s developmentally stuck in. His films have no morality and no ideas. The deepest theme he can fathom is revenge.

This is why you need to embrace seasonal living - the dark evenings roll round and you've gotta be making soup, reading ghost stories, working on a nice jigsaw puzzle, and generally cosy maxxing.
Cyberpunk 2077 truly is a special game. The 2.5 update and Edgerunners S2 brought me back to start a 3rd playthrough and it reminded me on how fun the game actually is. And how immersive its world can be. I couldn’t be more grateful to CDPR for still supporting this game. 🥹

Bhad Bhabie: "I actually found out on my 19th birthday that my mom had been emailing Dr. Phil since I was two years old."
At 13 she was on his show, and "cash me outside" became a meme. She says what her mother said there was "not even half of the truth."
After the taping she was sent to Turn-About Ranch, a camp for troubled teens in Utah. She later said she was abused there.
At 14 she signed with Atlantic Records and became the youngest female rapper to debut on the Billboard Hot 100. She says she was still broke.
"My mom was in control of my money, so she was doing whatever she wanted to do," she says. "I had a 500 limit on my card."
Days after she turned 18, she opened an OnlyFans account.
A $500 limit on her card. $1 million in six hours.
OnlyFans confirmed it. She says she had told her manager she only needed $3 million tucked away and $100,000 a month. She remembers it as "three million that you wanted, in four hours."
By 2024 her own screenshot showed $57 million after the platform's cut. In 2025 Dr. Phil's TV network filed for bankruptcy, and a judge later ordered it liquidated.
"At the end of the day, I get the last laugh every time," she says.
Her mother got her on TV. She got herself paid.
Was her mother a parent who ran out of options with a 13-year-old, or did she simply spend a decade trying to get her daughter on Dr. Phil?
