@FriedgeHNIC Racoons may not be more domesticated in Canada, will not make a great pet. Do not invite him into your house Elliotte!

@FriedgeHNIC In real time I understood what Kyle was saying with the McDavid and Josh Roy first goal clue. You got to keep up my man, get dialled in.

@enosarris listening to the recent episode re: kids sports. it has to be about teaching kids to set realistic, achievable goals. setting the goal as ‘to become a professional’ isnt the way to become a professional or have fun. the way in for kids needs to be:
@enosarris a) how can you have fun b) how do we have fun and get a tiny bit better at this, and once that is achieved work on another skill. the best athletes in the world are the ones who get excited/have fun by the routine of getting better every day.
@enosarris and if this doing these athletic actions dont get you excited to practice, let’s find an activity that does

@katecallen your article titled: ‘Is this the end of lettuce? Why Canada’s food supply is headed for unchartered territory’ is incredible. It really covers the entire scope of the issue while being concise, and includes a couple of funny lines.
@katecallen When I read this I realized this article was a ‘chef’s kiss’

Of the $67.2M cap hit the Arizona Coyotes now have on the roster, 57.6% of that is allocated to pseudo-retirements, cap retention via trade, and contract dumps.
To repeat, that is 57.6%.
The ownership group has faults, like the timely payment of bills which lead them to playing in a college area and now they dont want to field a competitive team for 3 to 4 years nor spend to the salary floor

i want hockey to succeed in arizona, don't get me wrong, but we are verging on money laundering territory over here
This is true. The ARZ ownership cut out a point of leverage for Armstrong. Not being willing to spend money limited his ability to swing deals with certain clubs

The Golden Knights have never scored a goal with Evgenii Dadonov in trade purgatory.

(whispers) this is karma for making the dadonov move in the first place, which inexplicably added five million to a capped out team last summer.
