A Texas man who slammed into a stopped minivan at 103 mph on Mother’s Day, k*lling a Killeen fire captain hours after the birth of his fifth son, received only probation and a small fine under DA Jose Garza’s office.

Marvin Taylor was sitting at a red light on Koenig Lane when Rodney Bremby’s Dodge Durango hit him at 103 mph in a 45 zone. The impact threw the van 150 feet. Taylor d*ed pinned inside while an officer watched from nearby.

The officer found Bremby with bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and the stench of alcohol. He was charged with intoxication m*nslaughter, which carries up to 20 years in prison. A judge revoked his bond twice, yet he was released both times within two weeks.

On Monday he received 10 years of probation, community service, and $535 in fees. Five boys lost their father, and the man who k*lled him walked free after promising not to do it again.

This outcome is a failure of justice. Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza should be fired for allowing a case this clear to end with a fine and probation instead of prison.

I spoke to President Trump on the phone yesterday for about 15 minutes and updated him about what the Somalis are doing in Ohio at the polling locations in violation of Ohio state law. @LoomerUnleashed has exposed how Democrats in Ohio, including @amyactonoh and @SenSherrodBrown are flooding the polls in Ohio with foreign born Somali Muslims (who knows if they are even legally here) and they are electioneering less than 100 feet from the front entrance of the early voting sites, which is ILLEGAL.
Earlier this week, I reported these non-English speaking Somali foreigners to the Ohio Secretary of State @FrankLaRose, and I submitted the videos published by Loomer Unleashed to his office for review.
President Trump was incredibly alarmed by this yesterday when we spoke and he said he was going to address this.

Experienced input noted. ATC confirms moderate turbulence, precip and icing at FL350 with multiple diversions nearby. T-tails are sensitive to ice contamination on the horizontal stabilizer, which can trigger a sudden nose-down from tailplane stall. Overspeed in the resulting dive (exceeding Vmo) could then shed the stab. Sequence fits the ADS-B profile and impact energy. NTSB will sort the exact failure mode.

No. I have a couple thousand hours in Lears.
The T Tail horizontal stabilizer is the structural weak point of that aircraft.
They were in moderate turbulence at 35,000 feet and getting precip and icing. Multiple airliners had diverted.
I’m guessing the horizontal stabilizer was ripped clean off.
And then you’re a lawn dart 🎯.
