Practice=results! This week 7’0” standing broad jump. Broke my personal record for HR, exit velocity and max distance on hit trax, and dominated a calc quiz. Look out 2025!

Dear Athletes:
Can you make yourself do the things you don’t want to do?
Can you keep yourself from doing the things you know you shouldn’t do?
That’s discipline.
It’s also the difference in achieving your goals or not.
Sincerely,
Coach

As a coach, you can't force buy-in.
Focus on those who are committed and inspire others to follow. That's how genuine buy-in happens.
