Jayden didn’t even try to get back to the line, nor did the receivers. Bad play call, worse player awareness. Should have been a W.

Growth phase complete. 237.6 lbs. Now we cruise. 🫡
I came out of my last cut at 194.8 lbs and officially wrapped this growth phase at 237.6 lbs—nearly 43 lbs heavier than where this run started.
Now the goal changes.
We originally planned for a 16–20 week growth phase, but part of a good plan is knowing when the data is telling you it's time to pivot. Midway through week 17, the signs were there—fatigue was accumulating, mental sharpness wasn't where it had been, and progression was beginning to slow.
At that point, there was no reason to force another few weeks just because they were on the original timeline. The growth phase had done its job. Time to move forward.
For the next 8–12 weeks, we're entering a health/cruise phase. It's time to let the body relax, prioritize health, clean things up, and give myself the runway I need before contest prep begins for April 2027.
But one thing that isn't relaxing is the training.
The intensity stays. The progression stays. We're going to keep pushing, keep getting stronger where we can, and do everything possible to lock in the tissue we built while putting the body in the best position possible for prep.
Growth ✅
Cruise ➡️
Prep ⏳
Stage 🎯
Every phase has a purpose. Now we execute this one.

🚨🇺🇸🇨🇳 BREAKING REPORT: Chinese satellite imagery helped Iran target the base where three American soldiers were KILLED in their sleep
-U.S. officials say Tehran acquired high-resolution images of Muwaffaq Salti Air Base from Chinese entities both before and after the July 17 attack
-Ballistic missiles hit a housing area where American troops were sleeping, killing three soldiers and wounding four who were medically evacuated
-It was one of three separate missile strikes on the base within 24 hours, and the first American deaths since the April ceasefire
-Within three days Iran published its own high-resolution images of damage across three areas of the base, and the Journal's analysis of public imagery found more than 20 structures hit
-Post-strike imagery lets Iran grade its own accuracy and decide where to fire next, per former CIA Iran analyst Jim Lamson
-Washington sanctioned three Chinese firms in May, MizarVision, Earth Eye and Chang Guang, over imagery Iran could use against American forces
-Chang Guang was accused last year of supplying imagery that directly supported Houthi attacks
-Senior officials raised the July strike with their Chinese counterparts, who demanded proof and refused to acknowledge any such activity
-Officials now suspect China may also be helping Iran track American warships, after missiles were fired at a carrier and other ships in recent days
-Iran's targeting was poor earlier in the war, often hitting empty ground, and IMPROVED over the summer
Rubio met Wang Yi days after the attack and said nothing China had done changed the trajectory of the conflict.
Set that against what has surfaced recently.
A Shenzhen company builds the turbojet engines powering the upgraded Shahed drones, and Treasury investigations found nearly every Western component reaching Iran's drone program was routed through Chinese intermediaries and Hong Kong shells.
The Justice Department named Chinese state agencies as clients of hackers inside federal weapons labs.
Now the imagery that found a barracks.
Engines, parts, networks, and then the coordinates that found a barracks in July.

Impatience is what costs most bros success in both the gym and business.
I see it in the people I coach. The most successful ones are the most patient. They are content with sticking to the plan, they stay consistent long-term.
The guys who fail constantly coach-hop, change diets, try new cycles, and switch lifting routines.
They don't stick with anything long enough to succeed.
